Has he started yet or is it next month ? I know it’s the hope that kills you but a part of me just wants someone with common sense to sort the mess out and come in with new ideas.

Jordan Ayew - NEVER PLAYING FOR LEICESTER AGAIN!!!
grth2004 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Some people didn’t like Cooper because he was ex Forest thats a fact as I know a fair few that was a factor in not getting behind him. Ayew was a disaster signing but I don’t think he was brought in to be the main striker and take over from Vardy which is where he ended up trying to do a job. Why we didn’t go for a striker with pace for the last few years is one of the most annoying ridiculous parts of the last few years. Complete incompetence for us to be relying on Ayew. -
I fear it could be him He’s right up Tops street with his type of football which i am completely bored with and has had its day. Seems to be the favourite in the running right now which is depressing.

Knows the leagues inside out but never achieved anything sounds like Rowett. I’d rather stick with Rowett than employ Cotterill and I think Rowett is terrible.
-
Yeah I’m sure Gerrard knows nothing about Football 🥴 like I said , look at his record in Scotland which is probably your real football and I think he should be in the conversation thats all.
-
Still think Gerrard would do a good job for us. I was laughed at before the Rowett appointment for suggesting him but believe he would’ve done better than Rowett who’s been a disaster in my opinion. People forget his time at Rangers and how he bonded them together and raised them up in time of troubles similar to our situation now.

My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I saw all those fans clapping players at the end 🤦♂️ Clapping a team as they get relegated is a new low for this club.
-
Was a bit shocked when I saw this as generally Reform are in a downward spiral so yeah the other candidates must be terrible. Her claim to fame is being a parish councillor and being kicked out for non attendance so same old Reform candidates who want the job but not willing to do the work.
-
The only positive I can see is that people start realising how bad things are and stop making threads like this 🤦♂️

Administration Prediction Date
grth2004 replied to The Year Of The Fox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Will be the first stage, long process after that looking at previous clubs in administration nothing happens quickly as far as getting new owners goes. Lucky to get it all sorted in a year and will probably get more points deducted. Agreed though it’s for the best. -
Administration Prediction Date

My thoughts are December too Happy Christmas 🎅 -
We could easily spend a few years down there if we collapse financially. Last time we had Pearson to rebuild us but those sort of managers don’t come around that often. The lovely Pies and Pasties won’t taste so good when we’re selling of our training ground or selling our best youngsters because we’re in administration. I’m all for keeping the faith but we are in more trouble than we’ve ever been as a club in my opinion.
-
We’re on countdown to administration now , it will be a rough ride but they will be forced to sell so things will hopefully get better in the long run. Im betting we’re bankrupt by December.
-
There are better managers out there thats the point , we decided to appoint a manager that’s never achieved anything in the game and expected him to do miracles. King Power fully to blaim and the sooner we’re in administration and they are forced out the better. I just want our club back

LCFC 0-1 Swansea, post-match thread

Rowett was a terrible decision again from the club. We needed someone to motivate them but all he did was make excuses -
Anyone still think it was a good decision to bring him in ? one of the worst appointments in the history of the club.

taken from Fan Advisory Board meeting AGENDA ITEMS FOOTBALL INSIGHTS Reporting structures and processes of the Club • It was noted that this topic falls outside the scope of the Fan Engagement Framework. However, insight from the Football Department was shared to provide additional context. • Jon Rudkin provided detailed insight into football reporting structures and recruitment processes. • It was explained that the incoming Sporting Director will oversee football performance strategy, reporting to Jon Rudkin as Chief Football Officer. • Members asked about plans to improve current performance and the steps being taken to move the Club forward. The response acknowledged the immediate priority of improving results on the pitch and efforts to provide the team with as much support as possible from all quarters to achieve this. • Members raised that there had been a more positive atmosphere during recent first halves but visible frustration during latter stages was noted. There was a discussion about the influence of supporter sentiment on players and performance and some Members said sustained positivity from fans could have a measurable impact. It was felt that any messaging around backing the team should be authentic and organic rather than campaign-driven by the Club.

Great post Most of our oil comes from USA and Norway thats been refined currently. The crazy thing is we export our own oil because we can’t refine it since we shut down most of our refineries over the last 20 years going from 18 to 4. We let other countries refine it and pay a premium for it.

I’ve finally turned , no not in that way. I want us relegated Positives - Collapse of club and forced administrators making king Power sell club. Rowett gone. Players/Rats on big wages leave the sinking ship. Rebuild with whatever academy youngsters are left but they will get a chance. Rise from ashes in a year or two maybe more. Negatives - People at club loose jobs. Training Ground Sold
-
Not a fan of his appointment and looks like he’s taking us down and I’m not surprised as his record as a manager was not great. 100% blame the idiots running the club though for appointing him and running us into the ground slowly over the last few years.
-
-
Not a fan of his appointment to say the least and today was disastrous, But he has improved form and only been in the job a few weeks, we’re still only a point away from safety and he’s not going anywhere so best to get behind him and hope he can sort us out. Just win every other game and we will will probably stay up.
-
Worked up about Leicester surviving is pretty normal and hoping teams at the bottom loose, I’ve been getting worked up for 35 years will for the next few until I croak it as thats part of football. Have you just started supporting and discovered this crazy thing ?

Oxford v Blackburn tonight I struggle to work out best result for us but I’m hoping draw.
