Not good enough to be number 1 We all knew it in our hearts and today and last few games have made it obvious.
-
No way they will sack him as we can’t afford to so I refuse to get angry and will just get used to our slow demise and back to the bad old days. The club is rotten to the core.
-
I’m going to make this comment and then run and hide because I’ll get slaughtered. 🥷🥷🥷 With it being Christmas and we’re all disgusted with King Power for not paying staff wages before Christmas, does it sit right to be demanding they sack someone just before Christmas or with Xmas spirit and all that shall we give him until first week of January.

Sounds like the start of couples counselling
-
I get you’re not a fan of signing him but I highly doubt he will cost £5 Million
-
Seems like he’s finally finding some kind of winning formula and a stable team. Chopping and changing the team was causing us to be inconsistent in my view but he seems to finally realise that some players are better off out of it and he’s got his best line up.
-
Don’t really see a problem with this one as long as it’s a short term contract. Obviously a gamble but if it works then his experience could bring a lot to the team and hopefully a few goals. his age means this is short term and proves if nothing else how skint we are if we’re going for free transfers with broken legs. Hope it’s the heartwarming football story and not the ohh what a pity that didn’t work.

How did I forget that it was on ITV and then late back paid for a SKY Day Pass £14:99 🤦♂️ Good job they won or the tv would have gone out the window after I found out.

Absolutely Must win this. Each to their own with rivalries but a hate Derby with an absolute passion and if we don’t win this one I’d expect Marti to resign after the match.

Meant EPL obviously 🙄 Yes I guess we’re massively fighting this that was my point. -

Still no news then ? i do wonder if there’s a fight behind the scenes with the FA and our lawyers. Cases like Sheffield Wednesday seem to get immediate action because there’s no argument yet us and in the extreme end Man City seem to wait forever. -
I’d have him as Director of Football/Recruitment any day in fact I’d give him anything he wants.

Realistic Managerial Replacements
grth2004 replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
He went for the job and chatted to two players hoping to get it and we turned him down for Marti , personally I think he would have been a better option to kick this lot up the arse. -
Probably the easiest Speech to write all year for any Shadow Government as it’s rare for a Government to have a popular Budget unless it’s the one before an Election. Kemi is thick as 💩 so she definitely wouldn’t have written it.

Move on until we breach it again I wouldn’t be surprised. I always thought it would be 9 Points and then another year of this rubbish because we are run so badly. -
Like Pluribus but don’t love it yet. I guess it will grow by the end of the season to be a don’t miss show but I am finding it very slow and I know that’s the writer/directors style but we could do with moving the story on a bit more. I think it wants to be an everyone’s talking about it show but it hasn’t done enough yet.

Seen the new Now You See Me film today. Mrs loves them so went to see it even though I’m not a massive fan, I’m even less a fan now as they’ve just re hashed the other two with a worse script and worse actors. Mrs was happy though so all good. 😊

'I Want People To Be Closer' - Khun Top Speaks
grth2004 replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Exactly what I was thinking. Must actually be hard for him loosing his dad the way he did and maybe it’s taken until now to get his head together. Happy to give them time as long as they communicate and seem to be trying to sort it. Whether it’s a successful or not only time will tell but glad to see something actually happening for a change. Who they appoint for Technical Director will signal to me if this is the right direction or not so will wait until then. -
Good point , the people singing it I doubt care one bit what the club say and will be over the moon they finally got a reaction from the club. They now know this is the only way the club listen because they’ve not communicated for so long. Wrong on all fronts but is what happens when you loose communication with the fans.

Cult hero in the making -
He comes across as a nice guy and said all the right things at the start of the season which gave me hope then we went back to a watered down version of Enzo with less effort and not playing youth as promised. I still have a tiny bit of hope he may turn it around and be the new messiah but I am a masochist to my self.
-
I’d hope so but the awful Shef W owner was trying to sell before administration but it fell through many times due to overvaluation and him being an ass which is probably similar to how it would go for us. Maybe administration would be the only way like them to move on.
-
I’d say thats more because investors smell a bargain with a club in administration. We would be sold for at least four times what Sheffield Wednesday are going for due to ownership putting over 100 million in and wanting profits out, not that I think we’re with that but that’s the value they would want. Plus I just can’t see our owners selling unless they have to sell due to their own business issues. just my opinions but I think we’re stuck with this ownership unfortunately until it becomes unfeasible.
-
Financially it would be devastating for the club to go down and could put us in serious danger of bankruptcy I’d imagine. On the plus side we would get rid of anyone with half decent wages immediately and play the Kids which I’d probably what we need. Best option is we survive in Championship and find a manager to use our Youth for next season
-
Has he got all of his Coaching Badges ready to be a Manager because right now he is the one who I would go with to steady us and hopefully bring some of those kids through. Hate to say it but time for a change already.
