  1. It's a great call, nice to see us operating sensibly.
  2. Is he related to our Tom? He can smash a ball like Tom Cannon
  3. Oh I just use evidence. There's a clear pattern, its upto you if you want to ignore it my man.
  4. Hes got the meaty Grealish/KDH calves! Thats all I need, to know that he's ready
  5. I've found the crying of some Coventry and Wednesday fans hilarious. How insecure do you have to be to be upset that maidstone are disappointed they've drawn you instead of a Prem team (especially with Man City being so close in the draw)
  6. Lets get the thoughts of our resident fashion guru... @purpleronnie
  7. I saw a great post by a non league twitter account. 2 sets of fans in one stand at Matlock I think it was. All grown men that could have a sing song and cheer their team without feeling the need to punch each other because they were supporting a different team. Obviously not achievable in large numbers are you increase the chance of dick heads, but it's one of the things I love about following Coalville. Was worried it'd seap into our level but people seem to be learning to conduct themselves like normal humans.
  8. Funnily enough I thought exactly the same thing and I hadn't even read your comment!
  9. The direction and intelligence in the passes were impressive on most, just not ideal when most of them seemed to end up bobbling to the receiving player. Could just be a case of him over thinking it a bit and not getting a good connection on the ball.
  10. I can't stand the bloke but anyone trying to diminish what he has done with that club is either proper dim or just doing it to troll. Pretty much any other time period they'd won plenty more, he's just unfortunate that he rocked up at the same as Pep did with Man City. I'll be glad to see the back of him but he's done an absolutely tremendous job picking that club up after the state Rodgers left it in and having it more often than not competing for domestic titles and European trophies.
  11. Especially considering his recent ligament injury. Wouldn't be touching him with a barge pole tbh.
  12. Great player, but don't start giving into the sign waving beggars Ricky!
  13. He looks good in those clips. Passing needs working on, but I'm really more concerned about him actually being able to defend. The defending itself was like a seasoned pro, really good to see that from such a young player. Of all the young players I've seen this season, Nelson looks the one that actually looks like he could be a first XI player in the prem for us.
  14. They went pretty much full strength against Swansea and we're their only mid week game for ages. Pretty safe in the league and a chance to get into the quarter finals. Would be a weird move from Iraola.
  15. Yeah I'd agree, if we're down to the bare bones and really need to give ourselves the best chance of winning the league games, then promotion is the priority. It'd be a very poor run of form and injury crisis that'd lead us to that point though I think.
  16. If we play anything resembling the teams in the last 2 rounds and try to play the way we currently do, they could genuinely put 5 or 6 past us in the first half. Hope he takes it seriously or it really is a wasted opportunity to see the style up against the type of team we'll need to be competitive against if we want to stay up. We learn nothing if he plays the back ups.
  17. Perfect game, good opportunity to see how our style will do against a bottom half Prem team. If they go strong I imagine it won't be pretty.
  18. This is probably true and logically it doesn't exactly scream it's a positive move for us
  19. Im not the one that's put weak performances in Unfortunately I can be as revved up as I want, it doesn't change the effort on the pitch. Robins gets his lads up for the games, Enzo has many qualities, but getting us up for a derby game isn't one.
  20. Honestly the only team I dont want is cov. They will be so up for it and we will be so passive (based on our last 2 performances in the cup and against them) Couldn't handle beating us in the cup as well.
  21. Restart the game, massive 2 footed lunge from someone, watch chaos ensue!
  22. ITV must be gutted they can't spend 30 mins talking about Klopp
  23. Oh, I thought they were in the 2 corners next to each other haha
  24. Thats basically where I'm at The game was disappointingly tame tbh, so good to see a bit of something purely for entertainment. Shame it wasn't the players rather than coked up knuckle daggers though Insane how little police presence and stewarding there was.
  25. Lets start a scrap cus someone who lives down the road had the audacity to stand next to me. Its not even childish, its just neanderthal thinking
