I'd probably go with the latter that brings Albrighton in, purely for the professionalism and mindset that he should hopefully instill in the rest of the team. Some games you need big personalities and this is one of them where I'd opt with Marcy Marc. Enzo is pretty in love with McAteer though so I'd be shocked if he doesn't start.

I'd just like to see us look somewhat up for the game and actually have a good go at Ipswich tonight. They're weakened, our squad is much stronger. Would love to just see a strong performance where we create plenty and put them under the cosh. A statement performance on TV just as people are starting to wonder if cracks are appearing, the timing of the opportunity is great.

This is very true, I was dead against Winks That being said, when I watched more highlights of him and understood the way Enzo wanted to play it made sense very quickly. Still think we overpaid on him though, I guess it depends how his performances translate in the Premier League.

Seems a weird signing, regardless of his ability, the guy averages about 10-15 games a season for the last 9 years. Based on that I Imagine he becomes another player we can't rely on and we're unable to shift who ends up on loan back to Italy while we pay most of his wages. So far the the one signing you can attribute to Enzo wanting is Cesare Casadei, now being linked with this guy. Seems we haven't learned from letting the manager make questionable transfer decisions.

Indeed, if I hadn't really watched him and saw those stats I'd be begging for my team to put a bid in for £4-5 million on the basis he must have some potential. I swear someone paid £10 million for Jordan Ibe at some point. That's why it's so important for us to get our promising youngsters out playing football on loan. You get a player that impresses at championship level who's 18-20, it'll instantly ramp up their value. Of course that means actually hiring top quality youth scouts and not just asking Villa who's being released in the summer. Back onto Kasey though, the amount of times he absolute murders our forward momentum due to a poor touch, poor cross, poor pass or just not having awareness of runners around him tells me that he's not got the basic characteristics to be playing in the top 2 leagues. I know people want him to do well because he's come through the academy, I've just not seen anything that screams out there's a rough diamond there.
