Huh. It's a fundamental part of the game nowadays. Gotta dissect and analyze it all ain't ya. It's also nice to see a team mix it up, a rarity, change is coming though, slowly. But if you're serious, yeah, literally the post before that one, and the one before that, oooh and the one before that.

Glad Newcastle are doing us a favour this week anyway! Going long, going short, mixing it up!
-
And people would probably turn their nose up at him and claim he's not good enough for us.
-
Usually i'd agree, cannot stand them, but in this situation they're the lesser of two evils.

****ing excellent. "Cry in a minute, he's gonna cry in a minute"
-
He'd take that as a complement.

This is ****ing outstanding. Exquisite playing out and break down play! Also, Tielemans, great player....when he wants it.
-
****ing glorious.

Bye bye, Red Leicester Sausage Roll. Pukka Return To King Power Stadium

And this is what gets me, it's fine if a manager wants to play a certain way, but don't play a certain for the sake of it when you haven't got the players capable or comfortable with doing it. Play to the strengths of the players you have available. But no, it's a one size fits all way of playing and "we play this way no matter what, even if we're shit at it" attitude. The funny thing is, I seen someone post the other day, you've got the likes of Russell Martin and Ian Evatt, two examples, no nonsense defenders in their day, all of sudden they become managers and are preaching this possession based game, arguably costing them their jobs or certainly being put under heavy scrutiny.

Why you going long all of a sudden?!?!

Quality goal.

So did Ayoze (Or so it felt).... But how people are turning their nose up at this just shows the snobbery and that I don't think anyone would be happy with anything we do or sign. People need to wake up and realise how far we've fallen, accept it. They were happy to accept the glaring red flags and should have done something about it rather than claiming it was all fine! Too late to piss and moan about every single thing now. That said i'd have been quite happy to take Almiron even when we were in our 'pomp', let alone now.

What's everyone's go to fragrance? Fancy a change. I've seen alot of people bang on about Sauvage but tried a tester and really don't see what the fuss is about. See alot of fuss about Tom Ford, not tried any testers yet, seems outrageously pricey, with that in mind anyone tried the replica ones? Thoughts? I know a couple of people who have and whilst the seem decent they also seem very overpowering.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official

Maybe, but it transpires Rodgers was lied to (That's not me making an argument in support of him btw, i'd have not given him another penny anyway, he wasted the best part of £200m, but don't forget 'He wasn't backed', but the point remains), Maresca seemed abit miffed about what he'd been promised and told, I dare say Cooper was too. -
And before that it was Rodgers (again, ouch) and Advocaat in 2015. Although I think Advocaat resigned.
-
Playing the 'right' way.
-
Wouldn't you just love Amorim or one of the United players to put their arm round Pep and get in his face giving him a really animated talk like he does to opposition players.
-
****ing get in! Calamitous 'Citeh'. Chin up Pep. Things get stale.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Matt replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Firstly, I'll start by saying I've been impressed and entertained since RVN has come in. However it does make me smirk abit when so many people were perma-predicting hammerings every week under Cooper and we never really had one in terms of score lines, yet we've had 4 put past us twice since he was sacked. Not only that, people complained that were were conceding so many shots against, that's not really changed, i've not really looked to compare but it feels like we're conceding more shots against of an average? Can you imagine the shitstorm that would have gone down if Cooper was still in charge and West Ham had all those shots. Likewise, we're not really having many shots ourselves, that was a bugbear of many under Cooper which hasn't really changed either, yet. -
Depends if you're planning to 'play out' or not.
-
Villa were asking for that.
-
I see this is going really well....

Rightly or wrongly I take it all the people surprised about people suggesting Ruud out so early are being sarcastic? Bearing in mind they're probably the same people who wanted Cooper out before a competitive game was played. -
This place is a holiday camp isn't it. Mad how they can work in a nice fancy resort yet we seemed to get more out of them when they were working out of scruffy old building. Perhaps it kept them more humble, grounded, workmanlike.
