  1. Totally out of his depth AND on top of that he’s given up. Team set ups that are never going to provide goals and he seems to hate any players with any semblance of creativity except for ELK (who he’s actually made less creative.) If he’s given the opportunity to manage us in The Championship we could be looking at consecutive relegations.
  2. Dr Leicester cures Jackie Grealish
  3. That’s very true.
  4. Viktor Kristiansen has played like a plucky middle aged comedian in a soccer aid match. Lots of effort can’t hide a truly woeful performance.
  5. A truly disgusting first half performance from the team. No confidence, no clue and minimal effort. Embarrassing. Thank god my stream went down at half time.
  6. McAteer in the creative number 10 role? Seriously?😟 😂
  7. Whilst this is a description of Soumare, you could read that exact description for Skipp. He’s Soumare but without the clever turns and dynamic breaks that Bouba does provide despite being a fundamentally flawed midfielder in the Premier League. Skipp is also flawed but worse. He is a meat and potatoes midfielder seen throughout league 1 and below. And we’ve got him for another 4.5 years.
  8. When he saw it was Ayew taking it, he wisely stayed back in goal ready to pick up his towel, shake hands with the ref, leave the pitch promptly and go and research property options in Chelsea.
  9. Moyes and Nuno play with some attacking intent. Dyche has always played the one system and watching his negative non football would be a move that takes us back to the pre Pearson dark ages. We are talking Gary Meggo Megson levels. As I say, ask Everton fans.
  10. If he’s one of our better Championship players next year we are well and truly fcuked. He had one good season for Norwich when he was thinking he had a bright future at Spurs. His optimism has been crushed by his rejection by Spurs and subsequently by his dawning realisation that he is now 5th choice behind Ndidi, Bouba, Winks and an out of position Ricardo at a club that is one of the worst squads to ever disgrace the Premier League.
  11. It tells us how far we have fallen when people are actually suggesting Dycheball™️ as an option. It’s an horrific watch, ask any Everton fan.
  12. Any LCFC wildly singing and creating an atmosphere during that display last night and coming after the endless pathetic efforts we’ve seen from the lads this season must be on something. The fact that the majority of the crowd was quiet last night shows a fanbase that knows that the majority of the players up to the owners don’t care and simply aren’t putting the effort in. Without a centralised protest which is very difficult to organise amongst such a vast number and range of fans, a collective apathy is in itself a form of protest. Ultimately if the players actually looked like they were giving 100%, the atmosphere would improve massively irrespective of the result.
  13. The odds of us actually scoring will soon become longer than us getting smashed more than our record victory of 9-0 before the end of the season.
  14. He’s become an expert in neat flicks and touches in Ruud’s team but his actual contribution is reducing and not enough to play him as the sole creative outlet in this side. It’s a crazy idea from RVN anyway that one creative player could carry a team loaded with 7 defensive minded players and 2 out and out finishers who have minimal contribution to general play (one of which in Daka might as well be playing for the opposition.) ELK needs other players to play off. If RVN is going to persist with this 3 at the back, Buonanotte should always start as the second ‘striker’ or failing him Mavididi. If Ricardo isn’t fit then play a wing back who dares go forward in Coulibaly. We’ll still lose but ffs we might actually score a goal and ELK’s neat flicks and touches might have some end product.
  15. Don’t forget Bobby Reid!
  16. On a night where despite having no recognised Man U winger on his side, JJ barely went forward in his wingback role. Instead choosing the easy backward pass the vast majority of the time. It would’ve been a perfect opportunity to bring on Coulibaly who’s clearly better going forward and running with the ball than JJ.

    Daka

I actually miss the heady old days when Daka had fans on here like Finnegan who’d argue with our 50p boots/trampoline touch comments - throwing stats back us that he was actually statistically our best striker, despite what we could see with our eyes. He doesn’t even get this back-up these days…
  18. Your negative comments about Alves and your laughing reactions to any positive reactions to him suggests some beef with the lad. Did he scratch your Austin Allegro with his BMX?
  19. Not seen anything actually on the pitch at least in a Leicester shirt that suggests Skipp is any better than Winks even when the latter isn’t utilised as the single pivot. In his last few games before being dropped out of the squad completely, Skipp has hidden from the ball or wall passed it as soon as the ball comes to him. A catastrophic signing.
  20. Ok I see but even then Skipp has not shown any ability to be an effective deep lying midfielder. Not really a ball player, not overly mobile or able to take a ball on the half turn and no great shakes defensively. It’s a bit of a mystery where he can actually fit. He’s just not good enough to replace Soumare or Winks even when considering their lack of form!
  21. The grand announcement of this build followed by the silence reflects the increasing malaise of the club under King Power. The lack of respect shown to the fans through non communication is part of this malaise. I’m not having that it’s because they are private individuals, when things are tough it take some balls to to front up and be honest with people and to not do that shows a lack of respect and a lack of bottle. Yes we are seen increasingly as customers rather than fans that can be squeezed for every last penny but ironically the club even fail here - if we were more engaged with by the club, if we were treated with respect from a communication perspective (particularly during tough times) then most of us would be happier and understanding and ultimately more likely to spend the money they want us to!
  22. If he makes just one change I would love it to be Buonanotte as the second striker instead of Daka but it’s just not going to happen. If not Buonanotte then Mavididi. Someone who can create something for themselves or Vardy out of nothing. Daka can’t do that.
  23. Skipp in a 2 man central midfield
  24. Skipp hasn’t demonstrated that this season. He’s literally had one good half when he played ironically as a more forward number 8 away at Palace, other than that he’s looked way off it. Soumare might be playing badly but that doesn’t make Skipp better. Other than Winks as an alternative we’d be better off moving El Khanouss deeper or play Ricardo out of position if Soumare is dropped.
