Great to see Ramsgate (adopted hometown team) into the 1st round proper of the FA Cup after a 1-0 win at AFC Totton. Pretty good achievement for an Isthmian SE side. They blew promotion in an almost identical style to Coalville last season so good to see them still looking good. Only played 3 league games this season due to FA cup/Trophy games so mindful they'll be hindered have to play catchup in the league too much (already 5 games behind early pacesetters).
I half follow St Johnstone due to a friend being a fan. Even your comment didn't convince me they somehow didn’t get thrashed today until I checked Flashscore
My better half unexpectedly ended up at a local craft taphouse and bought a 6 pack home for me, what a star. That it included one of the best stouts I can remember having was the cherry on top.
These lot lost from a goal up against 10 men recently, not exactly holding my breath but there should be zero excuses for not getting back in this really.
Shared a lift with Lillian Nalis at the Holiday Inn.
Savage and Eadie at the Soar Point.
The Birch, Sam McMahon, Guppy and maybe a couple of others I've forgot in The O Bar, Braunstone Gate.
Might have been mentioned previously but had no idea Okazaki was playing in Belgium, last I checked he was in Spain. Maybe not surprising that out of any club there he's at St. Truiden, who are Japanese owned and always seem to have at least a couple of Japanese players (currently 5).
It's actually quite funny that Liverpool are so bad this season and won't be the beneficiaries of Man City dropping far below the standards that have denied them a few more titles in recent times.
I agree, those 3 games are massive and could be key. As well as us, Forest also have Southampton, Wolves, Bournemouth and Leeds as 5 of their next 6 we need to at least gain some points ourselves.
*Swap Wolves out for Fulham*
