  1. Our first signing in January then
  2. Alcaraz and Djokovic out in back to back nights
  3. This is another Beckford type signing. Fans getting falsely excited. I look forward to seeing him get booed off at West Ham away.
  4. A transfer window without a Scandinavian is a shit transfer window in my view.
  5. Roll on January when we sign Jason Puncheon and Christian Benteke.
  6. Fabrizio Romano is just a poor man’s Bob Faesen tbf.
  7. Didn’t expect to see Alan Nixon move to Tier 1 and Rob Tanner move to Tier 4 in this transfer window.
  8. Proof Tanner knows fvck all
  9. As I said earlier, out of realistic Premier League strikers, Broja, Fofana, Edouard and Ings are probably the only four available for potential transfer. All four come with an underwhelming factor, but I’d just about take Edouard.
  10. Striker should have been a priority. I really don’t mind Skipp, but surely cheaper alternatives were available. While why couldn’t we have got a centre back on loan for example. We’ve spent money in the wrong positions imo.
  11. If true then in a way it’s understandable why they wouldn’t want to panic buy a striker, from the Premier League for example, who is realistically available? Broja, Fofana, maybe Edouard and Ings, that’s all I can think of. Any of those four would be pretty underwhelming. We’ve needed a striker from the first day of the transfer window though, yet again showing incompetence by the board by messing up on what should have been viewed as a priority position. Leaving things to the final day where options are pretty sparse, while if reports are true regarding our budget, we’ve overspent on Okoli and Skipp when those kind of fees should’ve been spent on a striker. Criminal mismanagement again, which leaves me even more disconnected from this club, it’s getting to the point where I can’t be arsed anymore until changes are made at board level.
  12. Yep, he was Genk’s regular free kick and corner kick taker last season 👍🏻
  13. Daka scores 10 in 10 between December and January, leading to Broja’s loan being terminated on February 1st.
  14. The Foxestalk community has fully established that you never joke when it comes to Patson Daka 🔮
  15. Looking forward to when Patson Daka returns, he suddenly turns into one of the best strikers in the league like Rodrigo Muniz did last season, leading to Broja not getting a look in again.
  16. Tbf to the guy, I’d actually class him as one of the most improved strikers in Ligue 1 last season. Is a physical presence, grafts hard out of possession and is a threat in the air. You just won’t see him wearing any rainbow laces.
  17. A hard working striker who likes to put himself about, but he refused to play in certain Ligue 1 games because of his homophobic views, pass.
  18. The days of being “The Banter King”, obsessing over Sean St Ledger and Patrick Bamford and getting banned for “Spoiling Threads” are long gone mate 😉
  19. Right then, this took some editing last night, but hopefully the following gifs work and don’t slow this particular page down 🤞🏻 I resized them in hope that I can fit two side by side as it saves more scrolling. If the gifs are a bit difficult for the eyes, you should have the ability to click on them 👍🏻 I broke them down into certain attributes... Creative Passing - No doubt the key attribute for why we signed him. As I mentioned in his transfer thread, he ranked 3rd in the Jupiler last season for Smart Passes, indicating his intelligence when it comes to some of his passes. The following gifs are broken down into Through Passes, Key Passes and Smart Passes... Through Passes Key Passes Smart Passes Shots - He produced 63 shots in the Jupiler last season, with 30% of them being on target. His technique is decent enough, while as you can see from a couple of his chances, he was a bit unfortunate not to score a few more league goals last season. Crosses - He produced 101 crosses last season, 31% accuracy, with 1.87 of them coming from the right side, 0.87 of them coming from the left. Of the attributes I looked at, I feel that his crossing has room for improvement. He has the tendency to loft a lot of his crosses which are easy to defend against. While a number of his crosses either didn’t beat the first man or were over hit. Dribbles - I wouldn’t class him as an avid dribbler, he produced 113 dribbles last season, with a 56% success rate, solid enough. I’d class him as more nimble rather than an explosive 1 vs 1 specialist. Overall thoughts It’s well documented that he is one of the best attacking midfield talents in Europe right now, he is a player that I could see us making very decent profit on. As you can see from the gifs and as I also mentioned in his transfer thread, he picks up positions all over the pitch, it wouldn’t surprise me if Cooper starts him central or off the left. He is a bit raw in parts, but his creative passing in particular is exactly what we’ve been craving for all summer. We’ll have to be patient with him as I can see him being frustrating at times, he’ll give away a few careless passes from time to time and for me his crossing needs improvement. But on paper, he is the most exciting signing we’ve made this summer, a player with tremendous potential, welcome Bilal.
  20. Some refreshing names in there, Angel Gomes in particular who impressed me numerous times for Lille last season.
  21. Legend gets often overused nowadays, but there’s no other word appropriate to describe Marc Albrighton. A Leicester legend and for me personally, he is firmly cemented in my top five favourite Leicester players of all time, I absolutely adore the guy 💙
