  1. Champions League here we come!
  2. Great to see Selby back in the winner’s circle, got better as the week went on, his performance today, especially in the afternoon session was Selby at his best. Hopefully this is the springboard to him getting back to his consistent best
  3. But we signed Bobby Reid and Jordan Ayew instead. #PremierLeagueExperience
  4. One of the best sessions of a final that I’ve seen this afternoon. Unreal standard from both so far, a scoring masterclass. 🤞🏻it continues into tonight’s session.
  5. Didn’t feel like posting again straight after the match, yet again I just couldn’t be arsed. I haven’t felt this miserable about Leicester City in a long time, even when we got relegated in 22/23 I didn’t feel as disconnected as I feel now. I was willing to give Cooper a chance in the hope that his experience with youth would be a key factor in his management, so far that looks to be a complete myth and it’s very disappointing to see. The most frustrating and sad thing though is this hasn’t occurred in recent games, his decision making has pissed me off pretty much from the first game of pre season, so far it’s continued into the regular season and it’s baffling, every week with team selection then his substitutes, I’m past the point of anger with his decision making, I’m just left shrugging my shoulders as it’s a case of “Here we go again”. With some decent fixtures coming up I hope we can turn a corner, on today’s evidence though you’re just left wondering where our first league win will actually come from. If we can’t get a couple of wins from Bournemouth, Forest, Ipswich and Southampton then he needs the sack.
  6. Really lost interest in all things Leicester City at this moment in time, really couldn’t be arsed to care yesterday. I can’t even be bothered to rant about Cooper’s negative decision making. I think we’re already starting to see signs why his away record with Forest in the Premier League was so crap. Of course it’s still early days, but if we fail to beat Everton, then I expect numerous boos at the KP along with Foxestalk being filled with anger.
  7. Leicester are depressing me enough that I don’t want to even think about that mate But the way Gronbaek has kicked off the season with Rennes and Denmark, my head says he’s already on the brink of becoming a £20-30 million player.
  8. Anyone stupid enough to boo Harvey on his return deserves a stadium ban imo.
  9. DOUBLE PAIN!
  10. Time for some new Scandinavian obsessions
  11. Banged it on for the first time this afternoon, from a presentation point of view I can’t fault it, but you’re seeing why the World Championship shouldn’t move over there for example, soulless atmosphere with one man and his dog watching. Of course it might pick up tomorrow when the big boys enter, but it’s a bit of an embarrassing look so far.
  12. Fickle Flair more like
  13. That’s what he’s known for, but is he going to be the type of guy to bring on when we’re chasing the game? We’ll have to wait and see, but at this moment in time I’m not that confident, same with Reid.
  14. Where’s this sudden faith in Ayew come from Ric? 🤣
  15. The only thing to blame is how we operated in the transfer market imo, it’s given us a dilemma regarding our wingers. I’m thoroughly in agreement that Mavididi should start, especially in home games. The downside though is as I mentioned yesterday, if we’re drawing or losing a game with Mavididi and Fatawu as our starting wingers, you’re then left looking towards Ayew and Reid as being impact substitutes, doesn’t really fill you with confidence does it. It’s a reason why I was baffled that we signed both Ayew and Reid, they just have far too many similarities. What we needed was another option who excels with pace and 1 vs 1 ability.
  16. Really have a strong dislike with certain elements of his game. Looking back at the highlights yesterday, he made a number of errors that almost lead to Villa scoring. Some of the brain farts he produces are mindblowingly dumb, god knows what goes through his head at times. Also as @AjcW mentioned, the way he blames others for his mistakes are really starting to piss me off, he did it on a couple of occasions yesterday. He’ll have good games here and there, but I really can’t wait for the day that he leaves Leicester City.
  17. RIP Sol 💙
  18. This is a potential problem we’re gonna have this season I feel. Are they impactful enough players to change a game, probably not. Mavididi has strengths that make him a perfect impact substitute, pace and 1 vs 1 ability against tired defences. Unlikely that Ayew and Reid will give us anything like that, especially Reid.
  19. Cooper seems rather keen with having players who chip in defensively. The problem with having both Ayew and Reid though is what happens with Mavididi... If we start both Mavididi and Fatawu, would one of Ayew or Reid be a game changing impact substitute, especially on a consistent basis, probably not, and that’s where the problem lies for me. Should have got another winger with pace and 1 vs 1 ability rather than Reid imo.
  20. We haven’t been battered scoreline wise like some fans expected. There’s encouraging signs here and there, but if Cooper wants this team to flourish then he has to make certain changes. Ricardo needs to be back in the starting 11, one of Buonanotte or El Khannouss must start at all times. I also think there’s a conundrum when it comes to our wingers, I think we’re already seeing why we shouldn’t have signed both Ayew and Reid, one was enough.
  21. Not going to knee jerk like some, but the changes he needs to make are simplistic and clear as day for all to see. One of Buonanotte or El Khannouss must start at all times, not starting with one of them lost us that game today. I don’t expect Mavididi to be a regular starter, they’ll be games where he’d be better off as an impact sub, but I think he needs to at least be starting in home games. Then finally, Ricardo in for JJ or Kristiansen(Switch JJ to the left). If he doesn’t make at least one of the above changes for the Palace game, then more fans will be turning on him.
  22. Hopefully Cooper learns from today, one of Buonanotte or El Khannouss need to start.
  23. Want to get behind Cooper but it’s extremely difficult when he’s picking negative line ups like that.
  24. All about Premier League experience mate
