  1. You're doing them a favour with that, they've only just found him a scarf to hold
  2. Leaked online as a close representation of next years away kit.
  3. Percy bomb tonight that all is agreed, announced in the morning at 9am (purely speculating)
  4. Been served up a dodgy paella today mate?
  5. A Ah yeah, spot on.
  6. Oh sorry nah no inside info on that, but nowhere to be seen on any club content is what I meant
  7. Woyo is back, Ndidi is back, Mads was doing Gym work on day one, Souttar has been back since June doing injury rehab, Reid will be the last international back. Vestergaard is AWOL though.
  8. Obviously the green & navy away/third has already been leaked, but did I imagine that someone said the away/third will be pink too?
  9. Many I hope, happy birthday @Ric Flair
  10. And Cifuentes has achieved lower key impressive things in Scandinavia.... Alongside arresting QPR's free fall towards relegation in his first season here too? Also worth noting Iraola was linked with the Leeds job because of his links to and as a disciple of Bielsa - the direction they were going in at the time. Like I said, my overall point is it isn't all about trying to find who has achieved promotions, won things... sometimes it's about their lower key achievements under budget constraints or turmoil, identity, education which I'm pretty sure what's attracted us to him... Not that "in 2 attempts (seasons) he finished with 6 more points that Ainsworth who finished 20th".
  11. Because like I said there is more to football than win percentages, league finishes and trophy cabinets. I meant in the sense Iraola hadn't exactly pulled up trees but Bournemouth found a diamond in the rough. Enzo had next to no record and absolutely stunk out Parma, yet was an inspired appointment here.
  12. Does feel like an Iraola style appointment, sometimes got to look deeper into things than just win percentages and trophy cabinets.
  13. This "sell to buy" thing has provoked me to do a stock check. Way I see the squad currently - Mads Hermansen Jakub Stolarcyzk (New No.1 If Mads Sold) - (NEW EXPERIENCED BACK UP GK) Ricardo Pereira James Justin Woyo Coulibaly (Can Cover LB along with Justin) Conor Coady Caleb Okoli Harry Souttar (Supposedly still out for a while anyway) Jannick Vestergaard (Replace if sold) Ben Nelson Luke Thomas Bade Aluko Wilfred Ndidi (Replace if sold) Harry Winks Hamza Choudhury Oliver Skipp Louis Page Bilal El Khannouss (Replace if sold) Michael Golding Will Alves Abdul Fatawu Kasey McAteer Jeremy Monga Stephy Mavididi Bobby Reid - (NEW STAR STRIKER) Jordan Ayew Patson Daka Jake Evans Sell: Wout Faes Viktor Kristiansen Bouba Soumare Use any money accumulated here for a striker. Loan: Sammy Braybrooke Wanya Marcal Henry Cartwright These 3 need good loans desperately this year to try and kick on. So yeah, I don't think we're a million miles off, realistically, considering the club aren't going to shift anywhere near as much dead wood as people want. The striker is the main target.
  14. We need a striker, and to replace any "important" player that leaves, but apart from that we're really not a million miles off. Need to trim the squad if anything in order to open up slots for Monga, Evans, Page et al.
  15. Let's get behind this bloke. He clearly desperately wants to be here and is jumping through hoops to do so, more than others have been willing. He's a promising young manager, has all the right footballing ideas & education, is a great fit for us in terms of style and youth ideas and wants to grow with this club. Welcome Marti
  16. No chance bet they’ve not even took a single picture yet
  17. To be fair, the same guy has been telling me for months their engine next year is an absolute shitbox. Perhaps shouldn’t be such a surprise.
  18. Yeah think its likely for either, Can't imagine Red Bull as a company would be happy if Horner hasn't been able to keep hold of Max, Can't imagine Max/Jos would be happy to commit to a future with Horner there either.
  19. Had this thought myself, if it gets late into the window and no one has tickled his fancy or vice versa. Surely not after the big goodbye even if he wanted to.
  20. Think the big one here is to decipher has he been sacked because Max is leaving or because Max has decided to stay. Undoubtedly a factor.
  21. Have a bit of an ITK working in F1, huge news apparently inbound about Horner or Max. Edit: Horner apparently
  22. Read this 2 and a half times and still not sure what the overall point is.
  23. Who’s lumped on Gerrard for a laugh, own up
  24. Do you actually want anyone? All I’ve seen is you moan about every name
