We should, must win this. We know it, the players know it, the club knows it. Anything else will be another disaster. For this reason our players will bottle it. We've got the t-shirt. We know how this ends.
We've forgotten how to win games and this will be very nervy especially if we take the lead. 30 games and counting but I'm not holding my breath that we won't be another game closer to the record (which is already ours!).
Wouldn't say that I hated Filbert St but didn't like what it had become by the end. Seats in the Kop and the Carling Stand killed it off. I wasn't sorry to leave the physical structure behind as I've kept the memories.
The new (not so new) place can be described as boring and generic in a physical sense. However, it holds the best memories of what has happened in it's short life span. Not many other stadiums have seen what ours has and I have affection for it now.
I wouldn't want to go back.
Bobby Kellard. Old skool midfielder that could deliver a wicked corner. Bullet shot and formed a great partnership with Willie Carling (another tough b'stard).
Lascelles looked slow and lumbering against Norwich. We concede more goals with him involved. I think that we were 3-1 up vs S'hampton when he came on. Doesn't give me any more confidence than any of our other centre-backs.
