I've only just got home. I'm done. No more for the forseeable. Coming out of SK4 I overheard a woman doing her nut about City fans booing and abusing our players. We are all entitled, apparently, and have only ever known success. I didn't have the energy to engage or the self control. This is my 60th season supporting this club. I've seen everything, the low low's, the highest of high's but, without being dramatic, these are the worst performing group of players I have ever seen wearing a City shirt. My old Dad is probably turning in his Welford Road grave. That's what I should've told the SK4 woman but I'm broken as a fan. At this moment I'll also be taking next season off. Very sad tonight as it's a big connection that I have with my son. Our days out down the City are finished, probably for good.
