Loving all this early season optimism. Wish that I was young again. I'm going for the more likely 1-1 with a late goal saving us a point. Havent shaken the dust off from last season yet but I'll be fully behind the new boss though -
Only El Khannous now, isn't it?

Think my Dad had one of those 🚗

Even Man Utd couldn't beat Fiorentina. 1-1.

I thought that we could only have 25?

Is that higher than tier 4?

Not sure about the Ipswich hype. We finished above them in the past two seasons despite the money they spent.

Hopefully has a massive release clause to put off other clubs.

Some of you lot are at home by the time I get to the Pork Pie Island traffic jam. 143 miles each way for me. 2.5 to 3 hours but sometimes much longer when they close the motorway for maintenance. Don't think I'll do many night matches this season. I sometimes enjoy the drive home if we've won and listen to the football phone-ins.

And their statue is of him holding the Jules Rimet trophy that he won whilst playing for us! Should've had him holding up the League Cup.

Besiktas confirm they are close to signing Wilfred Ndidi

Even at his peak he was never a good passer. Scored a couple of 25 yarders for us but usually very poor at shooting. He will also be missing for AFCON. Must have been a daunting prospect when he first joined having to fill the massive gap left by NGolo Kante. He was brilliant for us until about after we won the FA Cup and has been very average since. Always a guaranteed starter when fit but dropped down the pecking order as he lost form. Very popular player and hope that he does well for you -
It's been discussed at length about why we dont honour our past greats but have to say that I'm disappointed the club hasn't named the SK end as the Jamie Vardy Stand

Notts Forest drew with Fiorentina. Couldn't even manage a goal. Shite.

Add to this we have removed on 4 of the top wage earners so should give us a bit of wriggle room. -
Just a reminder to make sure that your travel insurance is up to date with everything declared. This current story is very similar to what happened to a relative of mine..... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c4gz3948ygko

I thought that he was decent under Enzo until he got injured keeping him out for weeks. Loved how much it triggered the diagonal walkers when he signed for us.

Wilfred, Wilfred Ndidi will take the ball off you. It's been a pleasure, Wilf. Always welcome in Leicester. Good luck -

Might occupy his executive box on Sunday. Squatters rights and all that. -

Only Luke Thomas (and Hamza off the bench) left from the FA Cup win -
My mother-in-law doesnt use public transport or drive. She doesnt work. She has money from investments and private pensions on which she pays her tax burden. Her care home is full of self funders, she's not the only one. Not sure why you think that I was taking it as a personal attack on my relative. My point is that not all old people are a drain on public finances. Of course, working age people provide the bulk of tax. Nothing new in that.
-
Just for balance, I think it worth pointing out that not all old people are a drain on the government finances. My mother-in-law (88) still pays tax and all of her care home fees (around £1,500 per week) herself. She contributes much more to the taxman than many younger people.

Reading the rest of that article they go on about the £80m for Maguire and £60m for Mahrez but forget about the £72m for Fofana.
