LCFC 0-2 Palace,post match thread

The pitch invader was the most entertaining. Did they show that on the telly -
How many of those on here lambasting the fans that turned up tonight didn't actually go ? I've just got home and it's now 12:35.

Tomorrow will be a good day to bury bad news if we get another Wolves standard of performance tonight.

Don't know what the deal is with Everton (woooooo) but normally a sell-on clause is only on the profit made over and above the purchase price. I think.

ACL?

Any news on how long he's likely to be out for?

Shame, I thought that he was going to be a good 'un for us. But if he wants to go back then good luck to him.

I thought that Leicester looked good in the fog on Saturday.

Mainly because Vardy stayed mostly fit and Daka was next in the pecking order. Weird thing for me was why we took on the Eduard loan instead of the better option of Cannon. Can't be that bad if we have so much Championship interest in him.

LCFC will NOT face any charges for breaching PSR

No, we didn't. That's the point. The Commission were clear on that. -

Only speeding if law says you were. How does anyone know your speed if the radar gun wasn't calibrated? In the LCFC case, the rules didn't say the club was in breach of PSR. Therefore, they were not. The commission were very clear on this. -
I think the club would be ill advised to sell in this window. A decision should be made in the summer once it's known which division we're in. Unless there's some financial wizardry going on.

So we lost a full seasons Premier League money due to the authorities failure to enact the Everton points deduction in a timely fashion. The Premier League nonsensical delay cost LCFC £millions eventhough we would've likely started the following season on a minus figure. -

It could also be argued that LCFC only incurred those loses due to Premier League incompetence by not applying a points deduction to Everton in the current season they were found guilty of a PSR breach. -

Or you could argue that our season was derailed before a ball was kicked by Premier League incompetence. The club would've attracted a much better manager than Cooper in the summer if we didn't have that false charge with points deduction hanging over our heads. We've been playing catch-up ever since. -
Didn't Reform get 3 times more votes than Lib Dems at the last General Election?

So as the fires continue to rage in America due to climate change, the BBC think its a good idea to fly Clive Myrie over to Los Angeles to report live from the scene. The corporation have previous for this when they sent the same correspondent to Australia to report on devastating bush fires. Not a good message from the beeb and a waste of licence payers money

Parma have an 80 page thread on him... need to fast forward the last few days posts. From what I can gather, he's been an important player for them, good going forward, plays right/left back and midfield, has an error in him, and they blame the owners for allowing his contract to run down (but don't blame him for leaving for a better contract). Still has potential to improve and has pace and physicality. Enzo must've seen something in him so might do ok for us https://parmafans.forumcommunity.net/?t=62246333

Happy birthday, Rudders 57 today.

C'mon Stockport. Extra time would be lovely.

I was one of the 80,000 standing outside Wembley that night. My first ever visit as I always said that I wouldn't go unless City were playing. It was the first time ever that a Wembley international had been called off due to weather. They announced that tickets would be valid for the game the following night which went down well with the group of Blackpool fans I was standing next to. The fog lifted by the time I got back to the station and I did go back down the next night. Glenn Hoddles debut (and goal). England F

Should've had a hat trick today. Second penalty denied and missed a sitter.
