The management need to drill into the players they must keep their heads and emotion under control when the goals start rattling in. Could get embarrassing. All about damage limitation.

It was excruciating hearing the abuse and sarcastic cheers when he caught the ball. However, what other opportunity do fans get to show their emotions and frustration at the situation ? It clearly doesn't help Ward (and JJ) by getting personal but it's the team that we care about and his inclusion just makes a bad situation worse. They are grown up, highly paid professional footballers and criticism comes with the territory. It does feel that our crowd is slowly getting a backbone and if yesterday is the start then our players (not just Ward) will be getting lambasted even more if they continue to put in that level of performance. I think this was the one the week after we lost away at Exeter in the FA Cup. That was a long drive home and so couldn't face the trip to Anfield.

The Wolves keeper was on the floor for 3 mins 10 seconds with the physios after being caught by Vardy at the start of the second half. Coupled with the substitutions and general time wasting and we get just 4 minutes stoppage time in total. In the circumstances I would've preferred just blowing at 90 mins to put us out of our misery but the game must be played to the laws and it was yet another example of getting it wrong.
