  1. Disappointing that we conceded from one last night.
  2. Not sure that he actually wants a job. Probably doesn't need one.
  3. Steve Cooper is available but you'll have competition from Notts F. If they get in quickly then Wolves will stand a good chance.
  4. From BBC Sport comments... Forest look hopeless out there. Defensively poor, sloppy in possession, and lacking any accuracy in the final third. This is like watching us at the Etihad 2 years ago. Will be another 6-0 at this rate. John, Nottm Clearly a new manager is required, someone the locals love. Hmmm, can't think who might be available (with initials SC)
  5. Southampton could be putting that record in danger.
  6. I think that we've done well to get ahead in the manager sack race, especially if West Ham remove Lopetegui. They've missed out on RvN.
  7. I think that some of those old guard supporter groups are not what they claim to be. I'm of the 70's Kop generation and we always sang WYS, albeit differently without PA accompany. The only thing missing from how we do it now, for me at least, is the third The. Whole. World. Smiles. With. Youuuuu. Still sing it in my head after the second (but trained myself not to do the jazz hands!).
  8. Probably better money spent on him than Matias Soule.
  9. He's an Ipswich fan and you can detect the disappointment when we score or his excitement when the opposition are on the attack.
  10. We always seem to get a lot of stoppage time when we are winning. That said, there were 3 goals, 2 VAR stoppages and loads of subs. Probably about right but another of those areas of inconsistency.
  11. Written as click bait. This journalist would do well as a late night Talk Sport phone in host.
  12. Just watched the clubs extended highlights reel. Didn't even show the Bobby Reid offside goal or West Ham non-goal which was the match turning point. Don't know who edits these but really needs to do better.
  13. I think this demonstrates the fragility of players mindsets. Ruud really hasnt had enough time to change style or play patterns but the team as individuals were clearly lifted and found an extra level. So much of elite level professional sport is played out in the mind.
  14. In fairness, although he didn't impress in the limited cameo's, he didn't really get an opportunity to showcase his worth to get a contract. He filled a gap whilst Daka was out but wasn't required. No hard feelings.
  15. Pipes suggested that he looked a bit 'under the weather'. Might be why he's not been involved much lately. Such a massive shame that young Abdul is missing out on this new era. Think he would've thrived under Ruud.
  16. Did he limp off or was he just knackered
  17. Anyone confident even at 2 nil?
  18. He's alright, int he.
  19. Anyone can be a bigot, even those that call someone a bigot.
  20. '..... work to educate' just sounds so arrogant. Sorry, not everyone needs to be educated into celebrating someone's sexualty.
  21. Who's the ref? Jon Moss ?
  22. Oh yes for the youngster.
  23. Ruud Van Nistelrooys Leicester City So good she said it twice
  24. As has been said before, it's not just the Filbert Way experience. The Premier League experience is the same wherever you go. You just have to read other clubs forums that are having the same discussions.
  25. It's actually not a bad situation for RvN as he won't get the flack for not immediately turning this around. Everyone recognises the poor quality that he's inherited and will be a hero if he can make a silk purse out of it by avoiding relegation.
