You can get different levels (grades?) of it though. It may look similar and I think I've done similar to you. But not necessarily the same. It may even just be a sprain (albeit a large one) as opposed to any ligament tear/rupture. Let's hope so anyway!

If it's ankle ligaments, even as a minor one, I'd imagine at least 3-4 weeks out. Anything else more serious, even if the stretcher was precautionary, probably looking at 6-8 weeks minimum?
