That's pretty decent to be fair. AFCON is basically mid-Dec to mid Jan if any team makes it to the final. We'd lose Fatawu and Ayew. And El Khannous if he's still with us.

There's a news story going round about a guy in Russia chucking an Iranian 2yr old into the air and slamming him into the ground, leaving the child with life-threatening injuries and in a coma. Came across the video without realising what I was about to watch and it's absolutely horrific. The guy acts very weirdly afterwards but it's fvcking disgusting. It made me feel physically sick.

Sometimes watch a bit of the 11pm game. Would occasionally catch the 5pm games too. One of those tournaments where I won't go out of my way to watch it, and won't feel like I'm missing a game if I'm busy.

Could have got him last summer now have to pay more to have him this summer. Would expect £30m as a minimum.

Think we need to bring Yadav/Sundar or someone who can be a better all rounder than Thakur. I know he got a couple of wickets but he's not got the vigour or conviction to be an alternative bowling option. And if you don't have that, or be an adequate batter to elongate the batting card, you're pretty useless.

I know it's been said at different times in the last day or so, but what a great advert for test cricket this first test has been. Swings in momentum, upturns and downturns in fortune, at times very hard to tell who'd come out on top. If all 5 tests are like this it'll be a great summer for cricket, whoever wins the series. Hopefully there's as little rain delays as possible because it's high class cricket for the most part.
