Kristiansen should not be starting ahead of Thomas. Not sure why the latter gets such a rough ride, like today he was fine albeit nothing special (but as a LB in this system you don't need to be Roberto Carlos levels...). If anything Kristiansen is worse...

Went in about 12pm. Turnstiles had no queues at all. Went in fine.

Absolutely brilliant. Made everything tick and constantly wanted the ball, and actually did something with it. He'll come up against worse midfields today and be rewarded with wins and MOTM awards.

How are people seeing more chances for them We had 9 on target. They had 3... 17 in total, 11 for them. 10 corners, 3 for them. By any metric, unless you fell asleep during the game, we had far more chances!

Mavididi can be a right lazy fvcker can't he. Best chance of a goal and he royally fvcked it up. Winks showed us why he's absolute boss at this level. Everything went through him and he'd get my man of the match. Wouldn't say today was a bad performance and based on that 2nd half we should have won it. Loads of chances and have to be more clinical. James and Carranza did well I'd say.

I don't mind it. Football is about resale/profits these days (beyond anything else other than corruption) so if this means we get a bigger fee for anyone wanting to buy him in 2026 or 2027 then so be it. On the footballing side, he's a competent player. Nowhere near as bad as some make out. He's standard fare for Championship level and will occasionally do a job against some sides in the PL. We could do better, but we could also do a whole lot worse!
