  1. If we have him in the squad and he comes on even for 5 mins against Chelsea or Man Utd, how much does it actually increase his value? Given his age, does it go to tribunals still if he is to move? How much of a say do we have in that tribunal?
  2. Umar Sadiq's late equaliser for Valencia
  3. Fulham vs Crystal Palace Preston vs Aston Villa Bournemouth vs Man City Brighton vs Nottm Forest/Ipswich
  4. 'some on Twitter. That old cesspit where anyone can say anything. Was it the same pitch as the last 2 games? The lack of finances could be beyond way more than just BCCI/ICC. Got no idea how the financial breakdowns work for each association in each country or region, but you can't just blame India for that when there could be so many other factors at play.
  5. Man City still clear favourites but the draw is so wide open.
  6. You'll see this has all been covered in previous pages of the thread so it's not worth repeating myself (in short, I don't agree with what the BCCI do or how they operate). But what evidence of our 'own rules' have we employed so far? Ironic you bring that accusation to us when one of the other teams has been done for cheating in the past too . Let alone Pakistan themselves too
  7. Another insane catch from Phillips. Machine.
  8. Probably be back in time just to face us. So will mean we lose 5-0 instead of 4-0.
  9. Everyone and his dog (ironically) knows that the culture at the club is rotten. Too much player power, distinct lack of structure and leadership, no accountability, no responsibility, no discipline. It all ends up filtering on to the pitch. You lose key personnel and don't make adequate replacements then the only direction is downhill. We're useless as a club on the pitch as well as off it. It further emphasises the disconnect between the owners and staff, then staff to players. It begs the question what everyone is doing on a daily basis (apart from Top swanning off to play Polo or whatever). The people he leaves in charge are incompetent and it's bordering on negligence at this point. Reset needed on the pitch as well as off it...
  10. They won't be able to come after you if it's a specific coury order they've agreed to. They could, if they wanted to, apply to the court for a variation of the terms as they were incorrect but I'd be amazed if they thought it was worth their time to do so
  11. My first name is similar to a very senior member of staff. So I've been sent some quite confidential documents in emails because the person sending them has been too lazy to check who they're sending it to .
  12. 3-4 match ban?
  13. What was he sent off for?
  14. Their manager didn't do much to help the situation, playing it down saying he's 'caught him'. Not buying that and he just needs to own that one of his players made a horrible challenge.
  15. Hope Mateta is okay. Serious head injury no doubt. Studs to the head/jawbone based on the slow motion. Hopefully not a fractured skull or anything worse.
  16. Quite surprised Oliver didn't pull up play straight away.
  17. Looks even worse on replay. Should be a red easy.
  18. That's surely dangerous play?!
  19. It was never a sustainable approach
  20. Today was shaping up nicely as well.
  21. Still happens now which to me is indicative of the culture at the club. Of course there's always going to be players using us as a stepping stone, but so far we've had Faes x2, Soumare, Vestergaard and Coady all being strongly linked with leaving or wanting to leave.
  22. I think Wolves is probably about right. Current 5pt gap. I have them beating Everton, Southampton and Ipswich. Us picking up no points before our game with them. Meaning it's 14pt gap and 15 points to play for before our game with them. So that will be the final nail in the coffin. We might sneak a point at home to Man Utd, but even then that wouldn't be enough. Can't see us beating any opposition before the Wolves game. And this bunch of bottlers won't have the guts to put in enough of a performance to draw against Wolves, let alone beat them.
