  1. This is where you can influence being represented, though. I don't feel represented by them. Hence why I joined because I, like several others recently, want to be represented and want to bring about change for the better. As the official supporters platform between fans and club, the Trust need to represent more than just it's original and current (up to recently) few hundred members. The more new blood it gets in the more likely you will feel represented. I don't think they can rely on things like full stadiums or merch any more. Fans have been fvcked over for too long (not only by the club sometimes but other orgs like TV companies) and now it's time to have our voices heard again. It's worked for other clubs and we need to make it work for us now. It's our time!
  2. Part of me wonders if Top thinks he can just pay off the PL and EFL
  3. I don't mind the style of play out of that list
  4. All it needs is one good season and the stock increases massively. But it's good to know you've picked one player out of the selection I chose, and in doing so chose to ignore the other valid examples of how their recruitment is actually working and they stand to continue to make profits on players where they've had cheaper outlay.
  5. Some were still using them in the West Stand. I can't stand them. The messages are cheesy and cringey.
  6. Rodri is a **** but he's very talented. Great play for Foden.
  7. Good goal from Villa.
  8. Don't get why this can't be done in May. Do other clubs do it this early?
  9. Have Leeds released their accounts on time?
  10. Leeds must be gutted it's not Ampadu
  11. Daka, Bertrand, Soumare and Vestergaard signings.
  12. Buonanotte - £5.3m Enciso - £9.5m Valentin Barco - £9m Baleba - £25m Mitoma - £2.5m Adingra - £6m I'm willing to stake that they will see considerable profit on every single one of those players. And that's just a select few. They've absolutely nailed their recruitment over past 4 or 5 years. They'll continue to rake in profits. The question now is can their recruitment model continue to live up to scrutiny over the next few seasons. To be honest, I don't see why it can't.
  13. Can we get rid of a keeper on an emergency basis, and use this as 'cooperation'
  14. The Trust haven't actively sought this recent influx of members though, hence why it's organic. They may take the money which is the membership process, but they've had more new members in the past two weeks than they've had in several years combined. Time for change. A positive one at that hopefully! And that comes from the fans that want to make that change and be part of it. We want to support the existing Trust members and setup in holding the club accountable for the mess we're in.
  15. Definitely not!
  16. EFL would go to town on us.
  17. Owners but no ownership is the best way I can think of to describe the hierarchy.
  18. It's about getting more voices heard. For the size of the fan base, the member numbers were very low. It's about holding the club accountable and making sure the Trust asks the right questions to the club when it comes to various things that affect fans. Making sure the club don't get away with the financial shitshow released today, but also other ways to positively influence the club into doing things that fans care about - ticketing, safe standing, atmosphere at the club, making sure they engage with fans properly and a whole host of other things.
  19. It's good to know where we stand
  20. If Top sacked Rudkin and Whelan and replaced them with recognised individuals with positive reputations, would that go some way to appeasing any fans? Just curious as to what is 'acceptable' in terms of making changes at the top. Or is it Top must go along with everyone else and that's that? I suppose there is no element of trust any more with Top because of how bad it's got, and there's no way of rescuing the situation with him at the helm...?
  21. I can't recall a reason where all 3 have been title contenders all the way until this stage of the season. Usually it's one team clear at the top, then 2ns and 3rd battling it out, potentially 4th,.and then about 8 teams battling it out for the final playoff spots.
  22. Not saying Everton are a model club to follow in any way, shape or form but did any of their board resign recently, or any senior members take responsibility?
  23. The cooperation angle does seem to come up a lot of the time and favoured Everton. I reckon we get -10 for the severity and lack to cooperation.
