Shearer commenting on how he looks comfortable in there. I don't want comfortable, I was told he'd bring something exceptional to the role. -

Doing Trent John Alexander-Arnold's leg work seemingly. I looked up his middle name just to make you happy -

Because I can't be arsed to write Alexander-Arnold and everyone knows who you mean when you say Trent. Simple as that -

Trent looks lost in midfield. Apart from a very good pass to Saka, just before Trent won the free kick, I'm not sure what he's actually bringing to the team that's exceptional. Gallagher or Wharton could do the same and not look so lost. -
Sensible decision from Raducanu, with her injuries and attempts to get back to her peak condition. Draper will be British number one and potentially seeded for Wimbledon.

My work colleagues nephew. I'm trying to get some insider info but he's not spoke to him about it Apparently keen on coming to England though.

See I totally agree with you about people of Michael Moselys level of fame. Outside the shows he made you didn't really see him anywhere else in media. Similar celebrity profile and reach as Strictly dancers or regular day time TV guests. If you don't watch the shows they are on you won't know who they are. But Loiuis Theroux? Surely everyone knows who he is. You don't have to have watched a show of his to have stumbled across him somewhere in the media. Can't get my head around having never heard of Theroux.

Whatever then, it clearly was, but if you can't be honest then I'll move on
-
Of course you can speculate but at least be honest that as you posted straight after me, you were speculating on a future event based on you're own bias as a direct response to my criticism of something that actually happened. At least be honest with yourself man

You can't observe something that hasn't happened yet. If Sunak did win the debate last week as the polls show, then if Starmer and his advisor have a brain between them they'll dial that line of attack back a bit, but it hasn't happened yet so we can't observe it and comment until it does can we?
-
You posted it straight after mine, there was no other mention of manifestos, so whilst you didn't quote me, don't make out it wasn't a direct response. Why are you making personal comments about me "hyper ventilating"? Can you not conduct a conversation like an adult without having a dig at people. Anyway, as I say, regardless of what's gone before, let's wait to see what Starmers says on Thurdays before criticing him before he's even said it, if the Truss attack line didn't work last week, maybe he'll drop it. And it's not like Sunak didn't mention Labour in numerous occasions today btw, but I suppose that's OK?
-
Maybe you're right, but it hasn't happened yet, so you can't critiscise yet as some kind of counter against my post about Sunak which was based on actual events. If the feedback shows that line of attack is mostly well received then I'm sure he'll continue it, I'm sure his advisors will encourage it. If it's not I'm sure they push him to move away from it. This £2k tax thing has made Sunak and the tories a laughing stock, more than they already were, and yet he persists.
-
Why don't you wait for it to happen before commenting? Also, everything Starmer says about the mess the Tories have made of this country are at least true.
-
Sunak releasing the Tory manifesto just now. Mentioned the £2k tax rise again. What's really annoying about it is that he didn't have to apologise, he didn't have to correct it, all he had to do once being repeatedly told it was a lie and a lie he knew about, was stop saying it. Just stop saying Rishi, everyone who doesn't live under a rock knows its lie and knows you have known all along its a lie, so just stop saying it.

Made me laugh at the start when Henman on commentary stated that Zverev might have the edge as he older and less likely to feel the nerves. He might be older, but he's a serial choker and never won a Slam, and Alcaraz had two Slams titles before today, so definitely is the more experienced of the two in this situation.

Most likely thing is he missed a turning or something and rather than turn back decided to try a short cut across the hill and fell or collapsed with exhaustion. Pure speculation obviously, but a lot being said about how difficult some of the terrain is there.

He was kicked out. They have no say on if he stands as an independent or for another party in the same way they haven't been able to prevent Corbyn standing as an Independent in Islington. Anyone can stand independently if they want, we've had people dressed as fish fingers, dolphins or even a Count with a bin on his head. If I had the money and wanted to I could stand. Comedian Al Murray stood in the seat Nigel Farage tried to win in a past election. And the main parties have no influence over that.

Not sure what the "Here we go" comment is for, I'm not saying Potter is bad or not good enough for us. What i do see is a manager waiting on a club bigger than us as that's where he see himself, but the reality is that those clubs won't be interested until he taken a job like Leicester and rebuilt some of the his reputation they perceive he as tainted slightly. So the clubs interested in Potter are the clubs he deems not big enough and clubs Potter is interested in don't see him as good enough at the moment.
