It's really strange but throughout the last 10-11 years there has always been players where i knew i was going to be gutted when/if they left (Mahrez, Vardy, Fofana, Youri, Maddison, Barnes, KDH, Kasper - List is endless as we've been blessed with some fantastic players) but apart from Monga and Fatawu im just not that bothered, I dunno if thats because my levels of enjoyment has been drained through the running of the club or just we don't have any players im that bothered if they are here or not. Think Bilal could develop into an amazing player, think he's going to be a Kramaric, right player, wrong time.

I'm happy with the appointment, all i want is someone who wants to be here and demand that standards are set, i like the fact he has worked his way up the ladder aswell, think its also extrmely positive that he encourages the youth. Now we can start talking about the squad, im super excited to see where our youth players will slot into the squad and if they will be in the first 11, If we can somehow get ourselves a good young striker I will be ecstatic, I think for the first time in a long time i'm actually not bothered who leaves either, just want players who want to be here going forward. I hope we can keep Bilal/Mads but if it means that we can reinvest into 3-4-5 players that will improve the starting 11 im happy with that. Marti, get rid of Faes, thanks.

Well done, make sure its in a ISA stocks and share's account not just a stocks account so its all tax free. Both great companies, lots of room to grow especially RR. Lastly i would look at investing in ETF's especially as someone new to start with for example S&P 500, All world etc etc again pick one what you think is best for you this is alot safer than individual stocks as you dont need to constantly be checking what is going on with the company as the ETF's are 500 companies in one fund, you won't see the growth of a stock shooting 100% but you will see a gradule 5-10% growth yearly which overtime will compound and compound. If your really interested in it i would also read a book called the intelligent investor by benjamin graham, its alot of information but i learnt a lot from it.

I don't know why people feel the need to poke holes into someone recommending a stock, do your own research and then if its for you invest if its not dont, simple as that. If anything this thread should be used for that, for me I came into the thread to read other people's perspectives, what other people are putting money into and why.
