my main concern is signing more deadwood who will block our youths pathway to the first team.

I don’t understand the O’Neil / Wilder links if PSR is such a big issue. We’ll be having to pay them off when they inevitably get sacked in 12 months time. Rohl and King are the only options that make sense long term in my opinion.

I think King would promote the youth players as well, he spoke so highly of them after the game. I doubt he’d start cordova-reid ahead of monga for example

I think he’s one of those players that looks like a good signing on paper but in reality would be a disappointment. The general consensus amongst Brighton fans is he hasn’t been the same since tearing his cruciate ligament in 23/24 and is always picking up niggles. Him on loan + 1 permanent signing like Richard Kone wouldn’t be the end of the world though.

Surely we’ll sign someone from Chelsea on some dodgy PSR deal after they helped us out with the KDH and Enzo money.

What about the Sunderland manager if they don’t get promoted? His recruitment has been decent and promotes youth.

We should promote from within if we need a fullback, the academy is stacked in that position. Aluko & Mirsad Ali are very promising.
