I think he should utilise Albrighton more. At this level he can still play a role and his experience would be a massive help in tight games like last night.

We will probably just sign Villa rejects though Amario Duberry - 18 year old left footed winger from Arsenal. 5 goals and 2 assists in 8 appearances for their u21s this season. Omari Forson - left footed right winger from Man Utd. Max Alleyne - Man City CB. Micah Hamilton - Man City left winger, he recently made his first team debut. Lewis Warrington - Everton CM, played 38 games in league one last season.

do any of the scouts on foxestalk have a list of box to box midfielders we could sign to compete with mcateer/kdh/ndidi? think these workhorses are crucial to our playstyle. alves/akgun can provide an alternative option in midfield.

There’s more pros than cons to giving him a new contract in my opinion. - We might have a small budget in the summer & re-signing him will be cheaper than finding a replacement. - He fits the system and play style. - The players trust him. - He is an experienced pro. - He communicates well on the pitch. He is always organising and shouting at his team mates. - His passing is excellent and crucial to the way we play. 92.7% pass completion. - He actually wants to play for us and fight for the shirt. - I’m confident Enzo would want to keep him and thats good enough for me. so one of reasons the deal fell through was because praet and co would prefer to sit on the bench and collect their wages? probably hard enough to get rid of some of the dross we’ve accumulated but if they don’t want to leave there’s not much we can do.
