We can, just not to a PL (maybe even UK based) team I believe. If we were to do that (unlikely) then we'd have to extend his contract. Like Palace did with Édouard when they sent him to us.

Leicester Sei Edekiball DLS sounds about right, yeah

Development/Youth Squads 2025/2026 Thread - U18/U21

After seeing how Monga's situation progressed, perhaps if he gets some senior minutes this season he'll agree to a pre-contract too. In the post-match interview him and Alves did, he seemed to be focused on "taking his chance" and words to the effect of wanting to play minutes for the first team. -
Ah I missed the OHL game being booked in, thanks. At Seagrave again as well it looks like.

So next confirmed pre-season game is 3rd August, at home to Fiorentina. A month away, and no other confirmed friendlies? Seems a bit odd... Edit: Probably good not to have any home games over that time though, to fix the pitch at Filbert Way.

He's not called ol' gravel throat for nothing.

I would hazard a guess the Championship side is Southampton, with Will Still having moved from Lens to Saints.
-
Sounds about right then, given our current/recent (delete as appropriate) shirt sponsor!

Brighton have sold Valentin Barco to Strasbourg for £8.5m, so about 900k profit following his loan there for the second half of last season. Bit of an odd one. Highly rated before he arrived, and think he's done okay for Strasbourg, yet not much of a return for Brighton.

Oh god it's 100% this isn't it. He'll fly over, pop by Seagrave and say nah to Röhl, then fly back home, no bother (Yes I've got to this point of just going straight to catastrophising haha)

Sorry, "again"?
-
That would actually be a really interesting case. If the FA/EFL were to try and force us to do something which breaks their own rules... But yeah let's not have any more drama please. Enough's enough

Yup. "Sources have dismissed the prospect of former Everton and Burnley manager Sean Dyche taking charge." https://archive.ph/9LLwU

I just want Chrissy P back, to be quite honest.

Glad they've been punished, but what's the point in fining the club such a paltry amount? The fans were the problem. Stadium ban for home fans for at least one game would be much more of a point, while also hitting the club with a small financial hit through lost ticket sales.

Premier League has charged LCFC with an alleged breach of PSR

Not that I'm aware of. They're independent as far as I can tell, and run a Substack. Their EFL transfer bulletin at the moment is quite good over on that. -

I'd recommend the NTT20 (Not The Top 20) pod instead. Can't put my finger on it, but although I will give it a listen again, the Second Tier is really grating at times. Maybe the "banter" feels a bit forced? Whereas NTT20 they know their stuff inside out, cover all three EFL divisions, and provide genuinely thoughtful insight, with much better chemistry. Feels less "assembled" and more natural as a pod, if that makes sense. -
I have a sneaky feeling QPR are going to be on the up this year. Intriguing head coach appointment, snapping up talent like Poku on a free... Watch this space, but I reckon they'll do well this season.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy - Sacked - Official
CloudFox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
News just in: Rudders set a scheduled send for end of June to confirm Ruud's exit...but thought June only had 27 days in it, so sent it too early. -
I want to believe this too, but after the past season...can we really rule that out?

Ruud Van Nistelrooy - Sacked - Official
CloudFox replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
What curious timing. Just before pre-season officially starts, so I guess removes the need for him to attend it...or questions be asked about why he isn't there. Must be because Ruud's got tired of being dicked about and has accepted a lower pay off, which we can afford to squeeze into this year's accounts. Percy going studs up in that article, quite right too. Ruud's tenure was a disaster, but when you read/hear about the player power, toxic environment, and general incompetence of the club at the moment, even he deserved better. No Comms with him for weeks, by all accounts. Appalling. As Percy finishes his article: "Leicester need to examine themselves more than anything else right now." Damn right they/we do. -
Good luck to him. Shame it didn't work out for him here, he was really highly rated by Hartlepool(?) when we first signed him.

Where's the rumour about Kingy as interim manager come from?
-
And if you're UK based, that's audio only. Pretty rubbish deal if you ask me.

Back on topic: Pre-season training starts from next week I think, right?
