wight88 Posted 21 April 2015 Posted 21 April 2015 Any decent suggestions folks on where to go for a prematch beverage or two? Not the most hospitable of towns or has it just got a bad press?

Freeman's Wharfer Posted 21 April 2015 Posted 21 April 2015 Been recommended 'The Bridge Beer House' which is apparently 5 minutes walk from Turf Moor
Carlos88LCFC Posted 21 April 2015 Posted 21 April 2015 I'll be watching it from the Philippines. I am hoping the fans are as epic as they have been, this is a huge game and if we win it, I will be going absolutely mental as I have been for the past 3 weeks. Every game so far seems to be getting bigger and bigger!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 21 April 2015 Posted 21 April 2015 Cricket Ground is the best away day venue there is
Voll Blau Posted 21 April 2015 Posted 21 April 2015 Cricket ground, and there is a game on. Get a few songs going for whoever's fielding in front of the clubhouse.

sylofox Posted 21 April 2015 Posted 21 April 2015 Any decent suggestions folks on where to go for a prematch beverage or two? Not the most hospitable of towns or has it just got a bad press? Ask the dozen wednesday fans that got battered after there game last season. They went for an after match drink that got stormed by a load of lads throwing bottles and glasses.

The Year Of The Fox Posted 21 April 2015 Posted 21 April 2015 Yes mate. Me, Daz and Russ are going. No drink for me and Daz though Tough Guy Marathon the following day Unlucky! It's Cater and Gove's turn to drive this one so I'm hitting the Desperado's at 10am
CosbehFox Posted 22 April 2015 Posted 22 April 2015 Been recommended 'The Bridge Beer House' which is apparently 5 minutes walk from Turf Moor Spelt Bier Haus hidden behind the shopping centre. Went to go in last year after the game but full of Burnley and felt it wise not to gloat.
