cjslcfc Posted 6 May 2015 Posted 6 May 2015 2-1 to us. Similar to the West Ham game with us going ahead and then being pegged back before a late-ish goal wins it for us.
Bobby Hundreds Posted 6 May 2015 Posted 6 May 2015 1-1, good solid point and an Everton 4-1 Sunderland thrashing.
Dan Posted 6 May 2015 Posted 6 May 2015 2-1 win for me. Win this and it will take a disaster to go down. Can't see Sunderland winning at Everton, nor can I see all three of Newcastle, Hull & Villa all winning. Even two of those three winning wouldn't be a disaster if we did as it would leave us at least 16th. We'd suddenly not be the side 18th place are gunning for.
Number 6 Posted 6 May 2015 Posted 6 May 2015 Think again that the timing of this is great for us. Said the same with Swansea too: good team, carrying knocks and without much to play for having had an excellent season. No reason we can't get a win here, as good as they are. Think a win would be massive going into the Sunderland game too.
srbfox Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 Everton only lost one in six and will want a good finish, feel the early kick off will give Sunderland extra pressure and this will cause them to make mistakes and bottled it. We'll get a point against Southampton. Sunderland will need to beat us and arsenal to stay up. That wont happen with arsenals squad and cup final positions to play for. A rational mind says we can all but wrap it up win a win against Southanpton and a clean sheet as expect Sunderland to leak goals. 1-0 us, 2-1 Everton and a stress free week for us all!
Ollie93 Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 I feel as though we as a team have really clicked the past few weeks, we will come out fighting again for this one. An electric home crowd and Southampton not wanting it as much as we do. I'll go for a tight 2-1.
Wilson_6 Posted 7 May 2015 Posted 7 May 2015 i originally had this down as a 1-1 draw but looking at there recent away form and how good we have been i fancy us to nick this 1-0. almost promising safety COYB
