I hate the little feckers, too many of 'em.

There has also been an increase in the amount of huge spiders.

Daddy Long Legs are flying spiders in my eyes! Spray them with deodrant and then torture the things!

Bloody annoying all of them!

The increase in numbers is possibly due to high temperatures?

Still, at least hardly any mosquitoes so far...

In Italy they now have tiger mosquitoes too... unlike the "traditional variety" that bites after dusk, these tiger ones bite during the day and you don't even hear them... by the time you spot the bite, it's *HUGE* (and very itchy):angry::(

Don't be horrible. They have a short enough life as it is.

Poor innocent creatures

I find it hard to kill any things such as spiders, moths, flies, daddy long legs..... :( Poor innocent buggers. I do manage to eat meat though :S double standards Cobbo!

true..but im gonna die anyway one day!

Very philosophical. Take my advice. Live life to the full and let the other creatures of this world live theirs. Death will come soon enough for all of us. That advice is my good deed for the day. I hope you have the good grace to take it because it was well meant. :)

would you if you had to kill and butcher the baa lamb/moo cow/piggy yourself?

Why not just trap things such as spiders, moths, daddy long legs in a glass or Tupperware type container and put it/them outside. :D:P:D;)

Partly. It's because recent winters have been milder. In the good old days, it used to be cold enough in winter to kill both the creatures (in particular arachnids, see I can't even write the proper word down  ) and the larvae. However in recent years it hasn't been cold enough so 'they' are not only getting older and consequently bigger, but there's more of them about.

i don't know why but have developed a massive hatred towards moths, especially the big ones, bloody hate them, even started to dislike butterflies, killed one in my room the other day, fun times

I care about animals a lot and I couldn't even kill an ant but if one pissed me off I'd kill it.

hmmm interesting statement...

sounds to me like a sentence transposition of an Escher drawing!!!
