Tinkerfan Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 The sooner people forget about Simpson's off field incident the better, he's by far our best RB and only that incident stops people admitting it
weller54 Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Simpson is our ONLY alternative to RDL.. He's a better defender but that's not too hard!... In January we desperately need to strengthen this position!
steveherbe Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Since when was Simpson ever even a bad player for us? I swear people get him mixed up with Lee peltier. Palace away last season, bloody awful
Great Boos Up Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Does a FUCHin long throw-in. Should use that more if cornered out wide in the final third.
whoareyaaa Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Since when was Simpson ever even a bad player for us? I swear people get him mixed up with Lee peltier. Lets not forget the batch patch he had for quite a while, he was always out of postion as was costing us goals. Today he has came in a done a solid job, look a lot more comfortable than de leat ever has, hopefully the injury isn't to bad.
goose2010 Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Wingers definitely helped which is what they should do especially away from home. Both had decent games and Fuchs has a wond of a left foot and a throw that's as good as a corner. Maybe mahrez in behind vardy?? Sam Byram in January please I said this at the start of the season cracking player got a lot of potential
ScouseFox Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Since when was Simpson ever even a bad player for us? I swear people get him mixed up with Lee peltier. did you miss the whole of last season
filbertstreet Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 did you miss the whole of last season Yeah didn't we get relegated
FireFox Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Does a FUCHin long throw-in. Should use that more if cornered out wide in the final third.Would honestly consider having him taking the throw-ins from the right when in the final third if we are desperate for a goal.
Swiper Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 Would honestly consider having him taking the throw-ins from the right when in the final third if we are desperate for a goal. I do that on FIFA. Had him going back and forth from side to side at the end of a game recently for the throw-ins and the opposing crowd was booing him for just jogging. Seriously though, he's put some dangerous ones in there. I still can't believe that one in the cup last week against West Ham that found the ground in the middle of the box and no one was able to get it. Need to do better.
FireFox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Would honestly consider having him taking the throw-ins from the right when in the final third if we are desperate for a goal.I thought I was a bit crazy thinking this, but I guess not.
