As home goals go, Nalis wins easy for me. Difficulty-wise it's unique.

The ball is spinning downwards and away from goal. Meaning he has to generate all the power himself AND deal with the spin on the ball. Plus not only is he facing away from goal, he's hitting it on the run. Plus it's absolutely miles out. It's not remotely set up for him to have a go yet somehow he finds the top corner.

A great as it was people vote Vardy because it's fresh in the memory and it's coupled with his amazing story and our incredible season. I don't think it's quite as good as Nalis' or even Izzet's v Spurs.

EDIT: I also didn't realise how high the ball dropped from. It's insane. In fact, it's one of the best volleyed goals I've ever seen from anyone ever.

Feel a snap poll like this is always going to have an inherent bias to what happened last night, as we're all still buzzing from it and it's fresh in the memory.

It was amazing, yes, but objectively, Nalis' goal was on a different level.

This (and Muzzy's volley) are always the first goals that spring to mind. I was there on the night and couldn't quite believe what has happened. As you say..technique..to let the ball drop for so long and to almost be facing the wrong way when he hit it was astounding really.
