Without wanting to take anything away from them... I doubt Klopp wrote the letter. The club would have written in and him just signed it. Still a nice gesture from Liverpool though.

they travelled from Dubai for every home game??? :worship:

That's not strictly true.  We both have STs and I am the one that travels back for most matches but I stay for maybe a couple of weeks etc, then back again.  Ian came back and forth when work allowed.  It sounds extravagant, but it wasn't.  We never did the designer crap, or the fancy car crap etc. Our monies went on the football.  Many fans travel long ways and I could get there quicker than some of my mates from Scotland.  But it is not EVERY match.  I cant get to the next three because of commitments here now.  But then I will come back and stay till the end of the season.  Its not a flight per match at all.  Any how, it is still all very raw, and the letter was a nice touch.

Condolences on your loss!

Still that's some commitment. Fair play.

Read about your loss at the time, I hope time will start to ease the pain and if he is looking down on us, ask him to ask the big man for a huge favour.

I know loads of people claim to hate them, but Liverpool always show class in situations like this.

Yea like doing airplane signs to man united fans

And jeering juve fans who honoured thier dead (that Liverpool fans caused)

Yea right bunch of saints and angels that lot are

I was talking about the club.

Get your facts right about jeering the dead though... When Liverpool last played Juventus in the Champions League (2005 wasn't it?) Liverpool had a banner at Anfield which read "Friendship" but the Juventus fans had a banner which translated to something like 'God exists - 15-4-89. Sheffield".

I've seen Liverpool fans clap opposition teams off - including Leicester - for good performances and the way they respect their own fans that have died is class. The banner for the young lad that died a month back now was superb.

As with every club, don't put all fans in the same category.
