Carl the Llama Posted 20 March 2016 Posted 20 March 2016 Police in Manchester and Liverpool have confirmed the numbers are total bollox Yeah the figures are only useful from a franchise popularity and marketability point of view; as an exercise in how well-attended their matches are these tickets sold figures are pretty useless.
Corky Posted 20 March 2016 Posted 20 March 2016 Cov  Their last 15 years have been hilariously awful. I remember them boasting about finishing 8th in the Championship about 10 years ago as a great season. Just an average sized club who couldn't fill their smaller ground so decided to build a new one miles from the centre with no train links and 10k more seats. Â
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 22 March 2016 Posted 22 March 2016 I might be being picky but Isn't our actual attainable capacity around 32200 as opposed to 32500I thought that aswellI'm sure therefore our true percentage would be slightly higher in fairness (99%?)
Captain... Posted 23 March 2016 Posted 23 March 2016 I thought that aswell I'm sure therefore our true percentage would be slightly higher in fairness (99%?) Â 99.4% but I'm assuming a number of other clubs have the same issue with segregation. Â Although this table puts our highest attendance at 32,242 so we can fit in more than 32,200 Â http://www.soccerstats.com/attendance.asp?league=england
Leicesterpool Posted 23 March 2016 Posted 23 March 2016 I'm surprised how low Sheffild Wednesday are, and also Coventry. It's disappointing considering the size and populations of both cities, though the funny thing is when you got Cov City Centre itself you barely see any sky blue colours around. The only football shirts I seen round there were the usual suspects.Â

Never got the move from Highfield Road - which was a) a much better ground and b) actually in Coventry.  The "it lacked standards of newer grounds" doesn't add up considering so many clubs play at older grounds.
AyewJoking Posted 24 March 2016 Posted 24 March 2016 If that's true, why do Man City seemingly have 1000's of empty seats every game? Â season tickets purchased by the filthy rich working class who dont bother attending matches cos Man City are awful?
