samlcfc1 Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 if we were to have a new manger who would you like 2 see and why??
Durnerz Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 if we were to have a new manger who would you like 2 see and why?? Martin O' Neills not up to much these days is he
Bert Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 if we were to have a new manger who would you like 2 see and why?? Jose Mourinho, his record speaks for itself.
Nationwider Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 If we were to have a new manger, I'd like to see Arsene Wenger take over. He has vast foreign scouting links, an encyclopaedic knowledge of the game, has achieved amazing success with Arsenal whilst spending comparatively little, and his teams generally play exciting, pacey football.
Blue Arrow Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 O'neill...but i dont think thats realistic
Libertine Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 If Levein were to go, which I don't want, then I can't see anyone who would do a good job, who is available. John Gregory and Trevor Francis were two of the favourites for the Plymouth job. Now I know that we'd probably get slightly bigger and better applicants, but they'd still be far from good managers. Levein is the way forward, honestly.
King Kyle lcfc Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 well one of four Alex Ferguson David Moyes Alain Perrian Bryan Robson as all 4 of them are likely to loose there jobs in the coming weeks

King Kyle lcfc Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 or we could even tempt sir Dennis Wise away from Southampton with a managerial contract
Honest-to-goodness LCFC fan Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 What about forgiving Brian Little and bringing him back from Tranmere?
rossporterlc Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 if we were to have a new manger who would you like 2 see and why?? mourinho because he's a legend
King Kyle lcfc Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 Lets get mark mcghee oh what fun it be for a Fat scottish Bastard toooo really fock our team
Anish Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 martin allen Finally a sensible anwer Not that we're going to get a new manager, nor should we.
King Kyle lcfc Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 Ian Holloway was on tv earler complaining about the QPR board and says he'll know he's made it when he manages a team he hasn't played for so we'll get Holloway then
TAFKA Castroneves Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 Martin Allen or David Moyes if he looses his job. Both would be really good.
lookwhaticando Posted 25 September 2005 Posted 25 September 2005 well one of four Alex Ferguson David Moyes Alain Perrian Bryan Robson as all 4 of them are likely to loose there jobs in the coming weeks Of the 4 you named, only Perrin is running a very serious risk of being sacked any time soon. Ferguson won't be sacked, nor Robson (this season at least, assuming they aren't relegated, he's safe after last season's gripping finale). Moyes also did well last year and that may see him in good standing for this season too. Since Perrin is the only serious redundancy in that list, I will now deal with the possibility of him being our 'new' manager for the sake of this hypothetical topic. NO BLOODY THANKS! - I don't want Perrin anywhere near us. MON is the kind of manager we need right now - wether it would be sensible to bring MON himself back is a different question, and wether he'd come back another entirely.
SystonFox Posted 26 September 2005 Posted 26 September 2005 Alain Perrain your having a laugh. i dont ever want someone like him in charge, he seems like the poor mans Gerrard Houllier. keep well away from Leicester you french tw@t. Martin O' Neill Jose Mourinho Arsene Wenger only people i want for the City job at the moment
Guest Posted 26 September 2005 Posted 26 September 2005 It's a bit pointless even having this discussion. Shouldn't people be getting behind the team in terms of support, not with knives for the current manager?
Katy Posted 26 September 2005 Posted 26 September 2005 It's a bit pointless even having this discussion. Shouldn't people be getting behind the team in terms of support, not with knives for the current manager? Pretty much along the lines of what I was going to say having read the first post. Im not answering this question - we dont need a new manager end of!
Hullfox Posted 26 September 2005 Posted 26 September 2005 Pretty much along the lines of what I was going to say having read the first post. Im not answering this question - we dont need a new manager end of! Well said ladies but if some of the moaners get their way I feel that we should undertake an X Factor style method of appointing someone. That way, people who feel they can do the job better can put themselves in the spotlight so we can all assess their level of ability.
step Posted 26 September 2005 Posted 26 September 2005 What advantage would there be in having another manager. Absolutly none. TWAT
