Fez of Mahrez Posted 27 October 2016 Posted 27 October 2016 If only the meatheads still wanting to fight at football could travel back in time to the 70s and 80s where they belong. Isn't it sad that there has to be a certain level of segregation - just having separate sections isn't enough, clearly. Even then, I haven't been able to work out from the photos why it's seen as so much worse there than at our ground for example. We've got netting and lines of stewards too - what's the difference? (Genuine question)

I know, bonkers when you actually think about it. We're all just fans of football coming to support our teams yet we can't be trusted (rightly so) to mix with each other (apart from a stand at Craven Cottage) without aggression and physical violence just because our teams wear different coloured shirts

(Genuine question) yeah i wondered why a lack of segregation was being blamed too. a lot of grounds have quite limited segregation and it doesn't make the news every week. as for segregation, i like it. be rubbish if you went the game and it wasn't us vs them cos the us was actually half them.
