CosbehFox Posted 15 November 2016 Posted 15 November 2016 It's rubbish - how do Daily Mail get hold of such information? It's a load of assumptions made on top of what was published on the last accounts.
norwichfox Posted 16 November 2016 Posted 16 November 2016 We're 9th where it matters....in the Premier League (if the numbers are realistic) and that sits about right given last seasons achievements, we'll need to be showing ourselves as a club who pays well for a while (to attract top class new players) unless we get a miracle in FA Cup or Europe.

Samilktray Posted 16 November 2016 Posted 16 November 2016 How are we ahead of Stoke, Shaqiri must be on about 200k a week to have swapped Milan for Stoke

Zlatan a few whack behind Ronaldo as well, I guess Man U probably pay their squad players more and there are probably more of them, but there is nearly £500,000 difference there before you even get started. Benzema Modric Kroos Pepe and Ramos all going to be on top whack as well. Just don't see how they could be so far behind them.
Babylon Posted 17 November 2016 Posted 17 November 2016 Considering nobody knows what we're paying the players due to the accounts not yet being out... it's nothing more than guess work.

Rooney supposed to be on 230k a week and as zlat was a free I bet he is not far behind. From a search on the web bale and Ronaldo seem to be on about 280k a week. So not the gap you think and none of us have true figures it's all guesswork.

You are right of course no one knows for sure I just can't see how on earth Man U are that far behind them, must be seriously dealing out some dosh to some severely lackluster football players if that is true.
