Just think Lincoln looked better than we have recently which is a shocking indictment. #blindfaith Both of us. Yeah I know, sorry mate, I meant I was clutching at straws You're right. Lincoln had some real fight about them which is more than can be said for our lot right now. Any team getting a result at Turf Moor is a hell of an achievement these days. Look at Sutton as well tonight. Arsenal put out a good side and Sutton can hold their heads high. Only 2-0 and Sutton had chances including hitting the bar. If we can channel that kind of fight on Wednesday than we stand a chance. We need to draw on the never-say-die spirit we had last season and the season before. Personally I think we can still do something on Wednesday. And I'd count a 2 or 3-1 defeat as 'OK'. In fact a 2-1 defeat would be 'good' given the current situation. Then back to Filbert Way for a 2-0 win! We can still dream!

It's easy for us all to be a bit fed up just now but I suspect this will be the only chance we ever have to make the quarters of the CL. Come on City

maddog Posted 25 February 2017 Author Posted 25 February 2017 All publicity is good publicity We have the weekend off to rest before playing again. We still have a fair chance of making the Champions League Quarters. The media furore will provoke a positive reaction from the players... Surely!?!?
