maddog Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Every thread on this forum is so negative right now its becoming depressing so I thought I would try start a more positive discussion, this thread is strictly positive only please. We are not in the relegation zone, that is a positive. We have a game in the Champions League knockout stage coming up on Wednesday, definitely a huge positive. We have rich billionaire owners which means the club is very secure financially which it certainly was not prior to Mandaric and even then it wasn't on the same financial planet as it is now. Seven out of thirteen of our remaining games are at home. We play West Brom (A), Bournemouth (H), Watford (H) in three of our last four games and all those sides will probably have nothing to play for by May so we'll have a great chance to pick up wins like we did during the great escape when we were mainly playing teams with nothing to play for. I had a chicken and singha pie in the ground and it was bloody amazing, definitely not a pukka. The pastry was surprisingly delicious for a football ground pie so I might have to get another one soon. Well done to the pie supplier! Please share your positives below and save any negatives for the other many many negative topics.
NeilLCFC Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 The only thing there is to be positive about at the moment is the fact as each day goes by, we are a day closer to Ranieri being sacked / resigning.
FoxinNotts Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 The law of probability suggests we will win soon....or maybe even score.
evil jack Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Everytime I start to think positive, another match comes along.
Gazza3 Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS - IT CAN NEVER BE TAKEN AWAY. WE HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN A LEAGUE TITLE AGAIN NEXT SEASON
jonthefox Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 We may be rubbish. But at least we're not Coventry rubbish. Oh, and we're staying up.
Rusko187 Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 How can you be positive when you have to leave your seat at 25 minutes to stand any chance of a Balti Pie? Shambolic and disgraceful!!!
Guest Danny Clender Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Pie Pastry is wonderful when its cooked right.
Soar Fox Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Brentford away next season will be a cracking away day.
The whole world smiles Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Asking for positivity on foxestalk at the moment is the equivalent to charging into a synagogue and asking for a foreskin. You won't find any here.
The Guvnor Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 You might be able to buy tickets again with City Fox membership
The whole world smiles Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Third of the season to go we are not in the relegation zone.
mattsmith74 Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Look at the plight of Villa, Forest, Derby and Coventry. Definite reasons to be positive. ?
Nick Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 I've been longing for a non- slit your wrists thread.

dedlock Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Last seasons heros need to stand up and show similar passion and spirit. Too many have underperformed. They don't become bad players in a few months.Over the next dozen PL games it's time to show they have the quality and spirit. At the season's end there needs to be a serious reappraisal and overhaul of the squad. They should be aware now of the consequences of continued complacency.
tickler28 Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Molla Wague and Benalouane look a million times better than Morgan and Huth. Amartey is a decent Right Back Ndidi looks quality We didn't need an FA Cup replay or indeed need to be in it at all to be honest (cups lost its draw for mid range clubs now) Theyll probably have a fairly good sale this year at the megastore?

ALC Fox Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 I've got a sneaking suspicion we're going to get a result on Wednesday. Maybe a 0-0, 1-1, 2-2 or even a 3-3. Maybe we'll even sneak a win. I've a feeling in me waters. Stranger things have happened. Lincoln squeezed a win at one of the toughest home grounds in the country yesterday.
