We've added some incredible memories. The performances have been atrocious though, can't say I've felt positive directly after most of our games. But it didn't have to be this way. This was our chance to become a bigger club. Not Arsenal or United big, but bigger and established prem. This golden once in a lifetime opportunity has been p1ssed away by inept management. Anyone with an ounce of optimism this year cannot have seen us play. Anyway, my contribution to the positive thread... Umm... No, I've got nothing.
murphy Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Ooh got one! The wheels could've come off at any time last season but didn't. The title is in the bank.
Sindidragon Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 It's not over until the fat lady sings....and yes I watch our team regularly .... We are poor but it can change, it has to change....we WILL survive.....please everyone needs to believe to make it happen......goals will come followed by confidence

KP crowd needs to get behind the team ....come on we can do this Benny lost the ball that led to the goal yesterday. No way should he play against Livrerpool
st albans fox Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 The op was doing ok and then mentioned that this seasons lies are better than last seasons pukka. You can argue about the players and you can argue about the manager but there is no way that these new designer pies are better than pukka !!
LFEFox23 Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Good thread! We are awful, lack confidence, cant score and cant defend but we're still NOT in the bottom three!!
stillwater Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Guarantee we score first on Weds Night, we may go on to lose but we will take the lead

Aye I know, I'm as frustrated as anyone that we pissed the last 2 transfer windows up the wall. I'm just trying to look at it in a different way to save myself the torment. Ultimately, I loved Leicester before we were champions, and I still will even if we go down. We will still have the club we always had- one big enough to be regularly in the top flight or competing to get there, and one capable of putting a good team together and challenging at the highest level every so often- 1920s, 60s, 70s, 90s, 2016. We know we'll just mess it up after a while, that's what we do- but we'll have other successful eras again, and they are made all the greater for the amount of shite we have to wade through to get there.
Guest worth_the_wait Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Great post, winchesterton. I was thinking the same. It's all been a cunning plan to lull Sevilla into such complacency. Conversation between Sevilla Manager (Mgr) and Sevilla Scout (Sco) ... Mgr: Have you watched leyster seety? Sco: si senor Mgr: Who do we needy to worry about? Sco: ahh ... noone. Mgr: whadda you mean? noone Sco: As i sayee senor, noone. They are all rubbish Mgr: They canna be all rubbish? Sco: Si senor, they really are all Mgr: ok, thanks for reporting back Sco: You're welcome. hasta manana.
Chester Dontlie Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 The positive thing is Kasper seems to be immune to the DUNG virus that's ravaging the squad. I think the few unaffected players should start wearing goalkeeper's gloves.

ARM1968 Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Like I said yesterday, denial is a comfortable place to be.

BenTheFox Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Yeah, Lincoln were ****ing magnificent yesterday.
Sindidragon Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Believe believe believe and only then can the miracle happen. Look Ulloa and Slimani will be fit soon. Positives are Ndidi is solid, Amartey can play RB. There is hope
Sindidragon Posted 19 February 2017 Posted 19 February 2017 Can we be positive please!!!! It's the players that need to put in more effort... Ranieri has some blame but it's not all down to him
ozleicester Posted 20 February 2017 Posted 20 February 2017 Leicester City is 30 places higher than the worst weve ever been. We are in the last 16 of the Champions League. We are not going broke. We will always be 2015/2016 English Champions!
Foxxed Posted 20 February 2017 Posted 20 February 2017 At least no one can moan the we should be playing the fa cup side against sevilla. Forum meltdowns generally make for good reading. We now finally have the element of surprise back, even to ourselves. The fearless slogan didn't work as well when teams actually feared us.
EnglishOxide Posted 20 February 2017 Posted 20 February 2017 We haven't blown our chance of capitalising on the league win. Our achievement will stand us in good stead for a couple of years yet.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 20 February 2017 Posted 20 February 2017 We have been managed by one of the greatest managers of all time in Claudio Ranieri yes ok ok he is not doing so well at the minute but nobody can ever forget how majestic he was last season at managing the players to a famous title win, something which with the same players NP would struggle to achieve low mid table anyway onwards and hopefully upwards time to turn things around you super Foxes
