In this case with Forest, the new owner has passed the 'unfit' proper persons test. Seriously, what's the criteria for buying a league club? Doesn't seem new owners can't be corrupt is part of it..
Dan Posted 19 May 2017 Posted 19 May 2017 It's funny because it's Forest but it really does highlight yet again what a complete mess the fit and proper system is, that's if there is one. He could be as bad, if not worse than Fawaz.
