I'll jump in (my house, my rules) - Call me the Kim Jong of the Quiz world...

 

Which 5 players walked out with the Premier League winning team for the trophy presentation, but didn't qualify for a medal?

Thought back up keepers were allowed one, didn't he get one at Chelsea as well as he was named in the squad most weeks?
