IMO (obviously an unpopular one) Gray was better than Mahrez but surprise surprise Mahrez is motm again.

Gray did what Gray often does. Display excellent skills on the ball and occasional bursts of frightening pace, coupled with insufficient awareness of team mates around him and limited end product in terms of chances created. Mahrez, by contrast, set up the goal and played Vardy in for another clear chance in the first half. Of course Gray is fleetingly exciting but his development has plateaued in my opinion and for all his individual ability he does not provide anywhere near enough assists or goals.

Pretty much this. Still a lot of work to do for the lad, his decision making is genuinely awful.

Gray was pretty much ineffective, as in not really creating anything, mahrez created the goal that won it.

Gray for me was ok, worked hard with little effect, he has a lot of potential, but I don’t know what it is with him, wether he’s trying to hard, trying to do the spectacular, trying to do to much, but all the chances he’s had, he’s not really taken them, as in done enough to say he warrants a regular start.

Again for me a player his age needs to be playing regular to attempt to achieve their potential, and if he can’t get it here, maybe a loan would do him good.

Huh, no he wasn't. He played well, made good runs but is still miles away from Mahrez. Especially when it comes to clear cut chances creates, goals or assists.
