This seems to be a misconception of what people are asking for. Those asking for Allardyce though.. i'll give you them!

As I said before, why are people suggesting it has to be one or the other. Tiki Taka OR Hoof. That really our only options?

I want somewhere in between, like many others I expect.

Exactly.

I want our manager to adapt to situations.

Puel's style with the right players will work in certain games, however, in other games, a majority of games I dare say won't work under his style.

His style that I talk of is seems to be one way and only one way, he doesn't seem to know any other way.

I understand he needed to look at our players and he needed to work out who he wanted to keep and who he needs to get rid of but this far into his LCFC career he should know this, yet he keeps picking poor, underperforming players and not rewarding players that came in and did better, add to that the fact he's never altered his style.

I want a manager who will work with what he's got (When he has to), get the best out of what he's got, adapt to situations and if he must play his boring, suffocating, dull style make the transition slowly, built up and please mix it up abit, he's failed to do that and performances and results have suffered for that, not to mention my (And many others) enthusiasm.

The key factor (Amongst other things) for me is it seems like he's almost refused to even try to work with what he's got, Ironic really when people claim the players are refusing to play for him.

He'll take us to 8th-10th in his first season but will go on a 10 game winless run and the knives will be out.

If we can't get David Wagner, then we should go for Silva, he out of a job so he's available and before he did a Riyad Mahrez, Watford were playing good football and were a strong tough side to play against.

I don't think we have any higher level manager who will come and manage us but Silva would be a step backwards and a bad move.

Depends on money, how much your will to pay them and how much your willing to spend.

Very much doubt Pep spent his formative coaching years dreaming of managing Man City.

Or Daglish did the same about Blackburn

Pay the money you'll get someone better than Silva

No. Why appoint another manager that has been sacked by a lesser club than ourselves in recent time? We're just undermining ourselves by not moving forward with our managerial appointments, get this guy and we'll be three in a row in that department.

I do not understand the love affair with Silva...he has done nothing except relegate Hull and stick his middle finger up at Watford for giving him a chance to manage in the Premier.
