I will speak no more of kids playing football with "Boblets" shirts.  I'm confident we haven't derailed the thread.  We'll make the effort to see the bigger picture when the club and the new Chairman arrive at difficult crossroads.

 

I'm optimistic anyway, there's some kind of karma from Khun Vichai's intentions and actions that has emerged as a rolling wave that few anticipated.  I'm simply awed by the tribute at the KP -- also representing the best kind of intentions and actions.  The wave is rolling on.  Eventually it will ebb into the sea, but the positive energy will still be there to tap, if we choose to.

 

Sorry for the dime-store philosophy, I'm just feeling a bit positive about humanity all of a sudden.  Some sweet, tenuous spirit has entered my cynical bastard self and I'm going to try not to drive it out.

So lucky to have had not only Vichai but also Top. I think it helps the grieving process and being able to look to the future, that the guy who has been the public face of the owners, is now the owner.

What a poignant message and such class even though he is going through such an unbelievably difficult time.

 

I watched a lot of the coverage of the tributes at the King Power on SSN this last week and you could literally feel Top's pain every time the camera's focused on him. It will be a long, long road but I sincerely wish him all the best in honouring his Father.
