It's interesting for a manager to do this and in fact I applaud the principle if it means our squad will be more focused and disciplined. Wish this game wasn't a sunday kick-off. Would have been able to go. Come on City.

So he wasn't dropped, just on a disciplinary. Personally don't think we can afford to suspend our own players. Surely you can discipline someone without making them unavailable to play!
