Weren't all the journo's and ITK's saying we were going to splash the cash this summer? Looks like we've about broken even and banking the Prem money to pay for the training ground.

TG has long been paid for, might have increased a few million here or there but that's certinally done.

I make it that we have spent £98m assuming the Praet deal gets completed and got back £80m.  Then we have to pay Hull £10.2m.

 

Net spend £28.2m,  The squad is over loaded with and the wage bill must be horrible.

 

At the start of the window, people were saying that we would likely have a budget of £30 - £35m based on accounts.

Well if thats the case and assuming we shift Silva, Mendy and Slimani (maybe even Kalechi) in the next 12 months, I'd expect a big budget for next summer seeing as we are "rolling in it" and have freed up some of our wage bill.
