19/20 Away Tickets Sell Outs

Recommended Posts

Southampton away selling out on a Friday night is decent.  Anyone got a sense of whether Brighton will reach all season ticket holders?

Yes, Brighton will easily make all season ticket holders, sales have began to slow already and there’s still another block to be released

When you next update this, it would be worth adding "no general sale" to both the Palace and Brighton away games.

These only reached Members, but that was only because the club choose not to release them to general sale ie a sort of "artificial only reached members"

For example, after a full day's selling to Members there were approx 100 tickets left for Palace away, and 300 tickets left for Brighton away.

In most previous situations, these would've gone to general sale the following working day.

If our success on the pitch continues, we are going to see high demands for away games again and it will become like 2015/16 (maybe not as extreme but close). I hope the club use their brains and no longer take smaller allocations, no matter who and when we play. Crystal Palace was already a mistake and even Southampton on a Friday night would have probably sold a lot more.

All 8 premier league games have sold out, with half selling out to STH and only one reaching General Sale (although the club have been pushing this late on the majority of games).

10 of our 11 games in all competitions have sold out.

Yes, very likely. Unless the club refuse to let it go past member stage.

Definitely good news. I'm an International Fox Member, but I'm traveling with 3 mates that aren't, so we're wondering if we'll be able to get tickets.  Will also be in Leicester for the West Ham match.  Hoping for luck there too...

Probably not notable for most of you, but I found out today that International Fox Members are having issues purchasing Away Tickets, even though we're supposed to have access to them. For example, I cannot access tickets to Everton Away (League Cup) or Newcastle Away even when I'm logged in.

Hoping I can get this sorted in time to get tickets for the Burnley Away match...

Email the club or ring them. I had a problem which they worked quickly over the phone.

Thing to note:

Newcastle game is still 15:00 not 12:30.

Also, we took a smaller allocation in the end. 2,900 odd rather than 3,300 odd.

"I can't get a ticket for away games". Biggest myth going.

I guess for general sale there have only been 4 opportunities, for members 9 opportunities which is a fair amount.

Obviously those who moan are usually those that want to go to Villa away or a popular game on a Saturday even though they have no membership or ST.

Home games are a different kettle of fish, it's really hard to get tickets together for those with exceptions of where away teams return an allocation of tickets.

Pay £40 (or however much it is nowadays), and get access to 50% of away games including Chelsea. Not exactly the closed circle it's made out to be.

But like you say, people just want immediate access to Brentford, Sheffield United etc.

Yes, exactly. It's very expensive if you aren't a STH but it's not impossible to work your way up, especially now. Took my mate a few years of memberships every year and building up points to finally get a ST this season but he persevered.

When the expansion happens, there are no excuses.
