Sam Hughes to Salford

Hughes has moved to Salford on a season long loan.  I guess that's the last we'll see of him.  He'll do well there and if he does, as a local lad, no doubt he sign permanently at the end of the season.  Shame, he looked very promising, until a series of longish injuries halted his progress.

It's not the best. I used to live there and it could be a bit lively.

The quays is pretty nice, it's being rejuvenated, as is a lot of Manchester, I got lost coming back from a concert a few years ago and ended up in Salford it looked dodgy as anything, I remember even the satnav gave up....made it out ok though.
