Yeah I like that song as well. His voiced seem effortless. So sad what happened

John Frusciante started off the decade in the Chillies playing chords and help writing songs as crazy good as this:

Just to make people feel old, Pearl Jam's debut LP was released 30 years ago today:-

 

 

 

And their 4th album was released 25 years ago today:-

I wasn't aware of these back in the 90's but these lads from Munich are really good. I'd definitely say this one deserves the title of a classic. Superb

6 music celebrated the 30th anniversary of Nevermind.today by playing only songs from 1991. Man what a year for music that was. Some many good tunes and even the songs that I didn't really like back then now sound great, including this

I think that was the first year I really started buying music for myself, it was a great time the whole madchester scene, the dance music, then grunge and Britpop all within a few years of each other.

 

I bought that pm dawn single.

Yeah it definitely was a great time, I like music of all genres now and from all decade's but I feel lucky that I experienced that period as young man.
