Routine 2-0 win for Coalville at home to Reditch. Only downside is a couple of possible injuries to JDC and Berridge

Was worth going just to see the manager use a substitute

JDC should be ok for Barwell and I think Timmy will be fine. Downside was Steve Towers being sent off and Banbury getting two late goals.

Routine performance but two moments of quality for the goals.

If Timmys run at the end of the 2nd half  had ended in a goal rather than an amazing save, I reckon it would have gone down as goal of the season.

Time to get on the blower to Leicester and ask for some reinforcements for the next 4 months. Nelson, Popov and Pennant will do :D

Probably get offered Benkovic but he's probably best off a couple of levels down.

Got quite spaced out now.

I read the the trident leagues step 3 and 4 agreed that in the case of a season being fully stopped by covid. It would be at least 75% games which qualifies for the positions to stay as is. 9 games away from that

Banbury won 3-2 at P'boro Sports to extend their lead over Coalville to 5 points. GF & GA are identical.

Are you going to Barwell vs Coalville on the 27th? I’m going down with mates for a few beers around Barwell as well, I imagine proximity plus uncertainty with restrictions after the 28th it might attract a decent crowd!

I'll be there and for a few beers as I'm not driving. Not missed a game yet. January's looking busy.

Hopefully they agreed to add on the 7 from last season. If the season was suspended after NYD, Coalville would only need another win from either the Barwell or Rushall game for promotion on a PPG basis.

Tyrell Waite has joined Coalville from Tamworth.

He’s a good signing, was impressed with him when he played for Tamworth at Coalville at couple of seasons ago

Seems a bit of a strange one. Surely doesn't dislodge either of the current front two

It looks like he can play wide as well as through the middle. It bolsters the squad and will give us an option off the bench. Good experience at this level and above, and Tamworth fans seem genuinely disappointed to see him go, which is usually a good sign.

Hopefully, it doesn't mean Tiimmy or Shawry are departing.

I don’t see him coming to sit on the bench, If anyone was departing I’d say it would be shaw but hopefully not.

Me neither, but there's a lot of games in January and we'll need the whole squad.

I thought we might bring in a CB or a goalkeeper.

My worry was that it means one of the wide men or strikers is off, which would be bad as they are all doing incredibly this season.

We clearly needs better options off the bench as Stevo does not use subs.

This lad wont be coming to sit on the bench though.

Shawry's just discovered a Ghanaian grandfather and will be off to AFCON 2022. Tyrell is here for cover.

We had Tyrell at the Boro a few seasons back for very short time... I think it's safe to stay he would have probably preferred a much better spell.

Nuneaton Boro v Tamworth on the 27th December, probably the most unanticipated derby we have had with them in years. Boro of course struggling sitting at the bottom. While Tamworth sit mid table and out of form. Attendance wise this fixture youd guarantee to get over a 1,000 however I think many supporters from both clubs are pretty peed off with how both clubs are performing this season. I think we maybe lucky to see 600 there. One saving grace Tamworth have never won at liberty way.
